Car Giant are awesome. I recommend to anyone wanting to buy a car. I found out as I bought a Mercedes car and it had an issue. I took it back a year later and as it was pre existing problem and none of us knew at the time I bought it, car giant just fixed it for me and it cost them $3500. They also gave me a loan car. They would have lost $ on my deal but they wore it. They are ethical and it’s the type of place you can feel safe buying a car.

Contacted Car Giant on Monday 23/3/2026. Spoke with Robert Vojkovic in regards to purchasing the Genesis GV60 they had in stock and arranged to meet him on Tuesday the 24th. Met Rob at the yard early and then went thru the process of trading 2 cars in on the Genesis. Rob was fantastic to work with on the deal, By the end of Tuesday we had come to a deal. The Genesis was then Charged up as it's an EV and ready by Wednesday afternoon. Robert Vojkovic was great to work with thru the whole process. Robert was very professional to work with and none pushy. The Car Giant Team at Jandakot were great to deal with and I would have no hesitation in recommending the dealership and Robert for anyones car purchase.

While searching for a Ford Everest, we first visited a dealership in Bibra Lake — unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience with poorly presented, dirty vehicles and unhelpful staff. I recently purchase my brand new VDJ79 Dual Cab Toyota Landcruiser from Car Giant WA with the help from Nathan Smith. I bought a hilux from these guys that had a problem with the sliding electric tonneau cover. The car had to go back which wasn't ideal but they loaned me some other cars while mine was repaired. Recently sold my Ute to Aaron at Car Giant. I am from Melbourne and the process was so easy. My car was inspected in my drive way and the deal done that afternoon. Money turned up in my account the following day and then a tow truck came and took it away. I only had to fill in some paper work. So easy. Would happily sell to them again.

Best experience that I've ever had with a car dealership! Went with a car in mind and was attended to quite quickly. Blake was my dealer and was very professional and knowledgeable, went for a test drive and decided to get it as it was a fair price and ticked all my boxes. Wanted a few things adjusted in the car and they did that on the spot whilst Natasha was kindly walking me through their fantastic warranty which I ended up purchasing. All in all very happy, I've a nice car and feel very secure knowing I've such a thorough warranty in my back pocket.

I had a flat tyre near them, and wasn’t even their customer. When i asked them for help, the whole team including the parts/service person, the workshop manager and the mechanic’s team were amazingly helpful. Recently sold my car via marketplace to Aaron Sercombe. To be quite honest, the deal was so quick and easy that I first thought I was getting scammed (sorry Aaron!!). Payment went in a few hours after 7pm so I was getting really nervous, but Aaron was super understanding and did everything he could to ease my worries. He saw the car at 10am, made the deal, and we got our payment by 10pm the next day. Could not be happier with how easy the process was. If you feel any type of nervousness, save yourself the worry because he’s 100% legitimate and will take care of you. Highly recommend, I’ll be selling all our future vehicles to him. What a legend!

Very anxious trading in my car and just dealing with car salesmen in general… but as we were walking up to the front of the car yard we were greeted by a man smiling!! Terry was the best you could ask for was full of jokes and just genuinely a top guy made the entire time a blast. When we found out what my trade in was worth we were ready to just walk but the fact terry was not pushing and just honest with us we felt comfortable and discussed some options, if it wasn’t for him we wouldn’t of walked out with the car today. Sincere thanks to Farai, who had been on staff just a few weeks when I was looking to buy a car. I was dreading the process due to previous experiences but found him to be extremely helpful, respectful and genuine. Not a fan of the company's practice to pass you onto another salesperson to upsell after the deal is decided (extra warranty, special paint protection etc.) but I wasn't pressured when I declined. Service by all staff on the day was great and follow up assistance from Dave in service centre when I had a minor issue was also courteous and helpful. Love the fixed price policy - saves a lot of stress and time. A great experience all round, thankyou

I recently purchased a Hyundai Tucson from car giant. Blake, who showed us the cars, was a great guy who helped me find the right car. Both Steve and Blake from Car Giant gave great customer service. I was able to get my car inspector to come to the car yard before purchasing the car and although there were no major issues, there were only minor issues. Car Giant rectified these issues and got it sorted. The car was spotless when picked up. Thanks, Car Giant.

This place is a huge car yard. Good condition vehicles and asthetically pleasing business to visit. Martin was nice friendly helpful prompt and good communication. Ladies at the cashier desk didnt have much people skills no smiles. They dont budge or negotiate any sale price or trade in quotes at all. Car was clean but they dont shampoo dirty seats as part of the detail. Fuel tank only had about 80kms left on pickup. Just things to be aware of really otherwise it's fine here

I am not a fan of car dealerships. They are generally pushy and dishonest. It turns me away from wanting to buy a car. I was contacted by Steve Truman at Car Giant after putting in an online enquiry on auto trader. He was anything but pushy and dishonest. He was attentive, transparent, informative and friendly. He didn't pressure me, he was knoweldgable and it ended up with me being a very happy car buyer. Thanks Steve!

Been looking for a late model used car for a couple of weeks now and was pretty disappointed with the cars id seen. Decided to pay Car Giant a visit yesterday to look at one I saw on Carsales. I was met by salesman Blake who showed me the vehicle. Unfortunately it wasn’t what I expected but he showed me another one in my price range. The car was exactly what I was looking for. Blake was genuine and didn’t try to sell me spin or pressure me. We talked about life and family etc. Went for a long test drive and the car was great. I was then introduced to finance manager Matt who was also a nice bloke and got straight to business. Arranged finance and bought the car. The ‘after sales’ girl tried to sell me an extended warranty and paint protection without success but she accepted my decline without pushing any further. Picked the car up today and am very pleased with it. The interest rate on the finance was a bit high but this was mainly due to my current situation of being between jobs. Overall, the best experience I’ve had with a car dealer. Just regular blokes with a no pressure attitude which is refreshing in this industry.
