I reached out to Stefano from Onboard last October to have some work done on our new (to us) home back in December. It was clear from the the very early communications, this was the right decision. Stefano was informative, communicative, friendly and fair. We were looking to have a couple of cracks on the plaster ceiling of our living/ dining room combo, and then the very big task of Skim coating that textured ceiling to smooth it out. In addition to that we also needed some drywall patching around the main water line (note that in the photo below Stefano did not do the reorientation of the water meter, we had a plumbing tech so that) Stefano always responded to my (many questions) promptly, providing valuable information that helped us with decision making. We made arrangements for the jobs to be completed in 3 days (other companies quoted me on 2) but I could tell that Stefano wanted to take the time to ensure the job was completed to the highest of standards. He arrived on time, kept the area clean throughout the work period and went above and beyond to ensure quality. He even applied a fourth coat over our ceiling despite only quoting us on 3. We are thrilled with the finished products and are so happy we went with Onboard. 10/10 would highly recommend!!!

Excellent service. Stefano was a pleasure to deal with from beginning to end. He arrived on time and completed the repair quickly with very little dust which he cleaned up. It was itemized and he asked for a small deposit to book the day, showed up right on time, and was so neat and tidy! He was done before the day was through. My ceiling is flatter than it was before my water leak, it looks amazing! Very highly recommend Onboard Drywall!!!
