Austin & Todd did a great job!

I had Austin & Todd come out for an electrical inspection and it was an absolute pleasure having them out. They were extremely respectful of my home and very professional in their work. They made sure to explain everything that they were going to do before doing it, and gave me a summary of the work done afterward that included pictures. They really made me feel like they were invested in doing a good job and made sure to inform me of every possible option and price point without being pushy or applying pressure. Black Diamond consistently hires great people, regardless of trade, and Austin and Todd were no exception. I hope I get to work with them next time I need an electrician!

Brent was great. He came out to check a suspected wall leak and confirmed it was just normal pipe expansion, which was a huge relief. He also replaced our old water softener and explained every step in clear, non‑technical terms. He made sure I was comfortable with the plan, fixed an issue our previous contractor missed, and cleaned everything up when he was done.
