We recently ran out of HOT WATER (3.00pm on a Friday) and in a state of panic when realizing that our Rinnai unit had finally succumb to age, I thought who do I call? Having recently secured a good deal & pleasant advice service from MAC Trade Services re our air conditioning requirements, I was tempted to call them first up as a matter of preference to see if they could help me at this seemingly late hour. Within one hour of my call I had a tradesman arrive who was able to install a temporary unit which would guarantee HOT WATER over the weekend till we could procure a replacement or otherwise in the course of the following week. I have to say that MAC Trade Services do a great job. The Rebate Application process was smooth and efficient. The wait time for the assessment approval was very quick.

The whole process was smooth and trouble free from original approach to order, to payment and then to installation. The government rebate made it affordable. Installation was booked for the day I wanted it done, with a minimum of fuss and was finished by close of business same day. The contractors even swept up after themselves and took away all packaging and the removed fittings. The lights are bright, attractive and a great improvement on what was there.

Very informative and kept us up to date on all relevant information, great customer service and excellent communication.

I had a split system installed a few months ago and it is working great! I originally thought about buying a large evaporative unit, but then found out I could get the split system installed on the REPS scheme for a great price. Just completed a 6.6kw solar system to increase our capacity. MAC was one of three firms we spoke with. In short, the service has been outstanding. From the quoting process and explanation of technical data, to contract signing, installation and follow up - MAC has surpassed our expectations. A few special mentions. The installation team was prompt, courteous and efficient. Took away all of the packing material, boxes etc and left nothing in our bins. First class.
