Mr yots is Brilliant at litigating and thinking outside the box but no so much at prepping you for. depositions. my sons case Was a bad case of pass the buck and blame while he's disabled for life now. Mr mcburney is amazing. You can tell the criminal side and experience and he will go toe to toe with the other counsel. I definitely was happy self and son had him as we went in vs lawyers who have nothing but time to waste papers to bury you in and depositions that don't accommodate for Ada issues. (self had a concussion from a fall and kiddo has a tbi) Mr tung for taking our case on but very disappointed we were dropped on our heads so close to the goal line. Trial is set for summer 2026. Seems it was case that to much bitten off and when they realized they didn't have numbers or an offer not worth the fight. Two years of fist fighting for nothing for a hurt kid now a conserved adult.

An update on my worker's compensation case: We finally reached a settlement with the other party. David, my lawyer, earned me a very decent compensation with his expertise and hard work.
