We would like to give a big tick to Mellissa Rowan she helped us through a very bad time. Her support, compassion and and professionalism, she does what she says she is going to do. I am 74 legally blind, my wife is 73 with that horrible disease dementia. HCA are the best right down from their director Jeremy, they cannot be faulted

Jordan became my Case Manager a few months ago. She has looked after me in a very professional and friendly manner. Her attention to tasks and her efficiency have made my life so "trouble-free". At my age that is what you always hope to achieve. Home Care Assistance seem to pride themselves on the quality of their staff. The owners (Jeremy & wife) arrange corporate social functions for the clients and staff and this sets up a harmonious place for all to get to know each other. I am looking forward to many more years with them and would be most thankful if Jordan could manage to be my Care Manager for the remainder of that time.
