My experience with London Loft Family was absolutely excellent. Their senior surveyor Scott undertook a great site visit and then remained in close contact with us all the way through the development of architectural plans. No amount of back and forth was too much for him and he was incredibly generous with his thoughtful responses to help us make the right decisions. The entire project plan was well laid out by the team and we felt as though we were in very safe hands who truly cared about our work. Unfortunately, we have not been able to proceed with our build due to issues with the council beyond LLF's control which is a massive disappointment. However I have no doubt based on my experience of planning/contract development that we made the right choice with LLF. When the time comes to pursue alternate plans - we know exactly who we will be going to!

Fredy and his talented team converted the ground floor of our Victorian house, extending into the side return and delivering much needed light and space to our home. The team were a pleasure to deal with and did a great job. Fredy had the vision and technical expertise to navigate anything unexpected and the end result is fantastic. We would not hesitate to work with LLF again.

As soon as we met Fredy, we were impressed with his knowledge, he knew what was possible and how we could bring in light and increase the footprint to the living space in our Victorian home. Fredy’s hard working team were punctual, worked quickly, and were very polite and considerate builders. No blaring music! No long tea breaks! Highly recommend these builders. We love our new living space and kitchen, and wish we’d done it years ago! Looking forward to the underfloor heating in winter!

Gjon and the team came to our home to renovate and refurbish an existing loft conversion in our bungalow. The previous loft was a little basic and 'tired' and no longer suited our needs. We didn’t really know what we wanted to do but Fredy made innovative suggestions which led to us having a wonderful large bedroom space with an en-suite bathroom. When the work started, the team were all efficient, friendly, courteous, and tidied up each day to help minimise the disruption which was a concern for us. The transformation was amazing. Throughout the process the work was carried out quickly, on time and to budget. All in all a highly successful project and we’re delighted with results.

Fredy and his team converted my loft with a rear dormer to give us 2 extra bedrooms and a shower room. They were a pleasure to have around, though we barely knew they were there. The site was left clean and tidy every day, the work was completed on time, despite us having a last minute rethink on the bathroom layout. And the end result was just what we wanted. We are really happy and would definitely recommend them.
