I had the pleasure of meeting Danny, and I can confidently say that he is the epitome of customer services. Even though I was needy and hard to deal with, Danny was kind, genuinely caring and concerned, listened to my every request and concern, was very patient and was genuinely compassionate. To say he went above and beyond would not do justice to describe his actions. He is above reproach. I almost cried because of his kindness. He is very honest, everything I bought was exactly as described. No hidden surprises (IE33 & x5-1 transducer) . I am always going to shop at this store and will also recommend him to my friends and family. I wish I could write down all the things he did for me to ensure that I was satisfied, from testing, pricing, moving to loading the equipment. 5 stars is not enough.
