Building was freezing cold Only one room had any kind of drink facility They spelled my name incorrectly on the first aid certificate. Taken two weeks so far to get a correct e certificate. Still not had it.

Recently done my emergency first aid at work,and security guard top up coarse here. The staff were very friendly and made me feel very at ease and welcome,they were also very knowledgeable and advised me around the coarses i needed to do to renew my license. I was able to do both coarses in one day which was realy good for me to arrange around my work schedule. Got my results on the same day which i thought was great,price wise for both coarses I thought were very reasonable compared to other companys. I would highly recommened training for employment to anyone who wants to renew/or is thinking of doing an sia coarse. I will definatly be using this company again in the future for any licence renewels or new sia qualifications.

This course was great, I learned alot of key attributes that would help me out whenever needs be thanks to this company and I'm very grateful I chose this place to pursue my emergency first aid of work , would highly recommend.

Great experience all round. Straight forward and simple process. The receptionist/Examiner Simona has the place running like clockwork helps anyway she can.

I would recommend this place to everyone, all the staff were outstanding, the tutors are extremely helpful, I made a lot of new friends, I enjoyed my time there and I am very proud of my choice with picking this facility for my training

AVOID AVOID!! I have been chasing for a refund as they have not provided a service but was "very quick" to take the money from my account! After requesting my money I've found this service to be awful! with people answering the phones being very rude in a call centre in India. I would never recommend or go to any of their courses!

I booked my first aid and door supervisor with this company I pass my first aid course and on the day of door supervisor course some how I missed my act e_learning which is my fault then I ask for rescheduled and this company asked me to 80 pounds for that which is not fair I think 100 not recommended
