COD Fuel is an extremely well run operation. I have been using them for 15 years with no complaints whatsoever. When I ask them to fill the tank, they charge me for a whole empty tank. Then, depending on how much fuel I get, they only charge me for the amount taken and refund me the rest of the money very quickly. I can't say enough about them, how good they are. 5 STARS
