Dean went above and beyond by negotiating directly with our insurance company to ensure our bathroom remodel (following a pipe leak) was covered and handled correctly. Throughout the entire process, Dean’s communication was top-notch; we always knew exactly what was happening and when. His subcontractors were highly skilled, professional, and respectful of our home. It is rare to find this level of reliability in home restoration. Quality of the work was of highest importance. The fact that Dean listened to our wants and needs and gave us options for not only budget but for design. Dean and and his team not only had a task of the remodel but repair the previously improper work. They did a great job. The only regret was not knowing of them in the beginning and hiring from the start. Dean listens and works with each client to maximize the value.

Dean helped us repair some bubbling plaster in our ceiling and diverted our upstairs bathroom vent to the outdoors. Dean Restoration restored my house from a AC condensate line leak. Dean had his team at my house the next day first thing to dry out my house and to remove ceilings and walls. His team was there everyday working on the restoration. They worked neatly and were all a pleasure to work with. Dean is also great at communicating his plan and responds back quickly. The job was done well and the house looks better than ever. I would hire Dean Restoration every time! Don’t hesitate to hire them for any restoration project.

Had a toilet overflow that caused a lot of damage. The restoration was very thorough, taking steps to avoid so much damage if it happened again. It looked like a complete bathroom do-over when it was finished. Dean has been very responsive and I am considering the company for another job.
