Wow my dryer went out at 5:05pm on the Wednesday night before Thanksgiving. I thought I was gonna go the whole four day weekend plus more time without a dryer. But Rosalyn responded to me immediately and said she could get a repair tech out within one to two hours. He came out and assessed and said Friday morning, he would have the part. By Friday noon I was up and running again. Thank you for this great and attentive service.
