I have service with another provider but was referred to Healthy Home by my mortgage company for completion of a termite inspection in coordination with a home refinance. Patrick (my technician) arrived on time and called prior. He was super thorough and surprisingly DID find termite activity and tubing at my property, despite the continuous coverage and treatment by my other provider. Patrick told me what I needed to do with regard to my current provider, immediately provided the report, took photos for me and explained everything, and also provided a quote in the event I wanted to have Healthy Home treat the issue. Was having issues with those little black jumping spiders and ants at our office. Building is old so we weren't expecting a complete miracle but a week in and not a single critter! Guy who came out was personable and knowledgeable. He was in and out, handling business without making you feel like another burden in his day (I hate those kinds of vendors).
