I would highly recommend DMD Commercial Roofing. Company is highly professional and timely. Roof replacement was done on a schedule which was a mutual decision. Installation was completed in one full work day. Installer replied to any questions I had during the day. Having never had the experience of having a roof replaced or repaired, I consider it good fortune to have been introduced to DMD. I will consider them for any future projects my house may need!

My commercial roof was a total wreck. I thought my best option was to strip it and replace it, which would have been very costly, especially considering the value of the structure. DMD prepped the shoddy roof, patched the holes, sprayed on a structural foam and finally a top coating. Compared to replacement the price was much less and the foam has great insulation value. DMD completed their work at the original estimate even though there were a lot more holes which showed up in the roof during the preparation work.

Daniel and his crew were great to work with. Everything was clearly outlined with pros and cons and I felt very comfortable with my choice of roof. The work was done beautifully and everyone was so nice and easy to have around. Everything was kept neat throughout the process and completely cleaned up after the work was completed. Liked them and my new roof so much I will hire them again to finish the remainder or this building. I highly recommend!

Danny and merv are great guys. They did a roof for us and their work is incredible. I priced out 3 other contractors, their price was very competitive and fair. Not only that they were always very punctual, on time, and worked very hard. They kept the site very clean and cleaned up at the end of each day. My Father-in-Law's home experienced serious hail damage earlier this year... and wouldn't you just know, the original contractor that his insurance company forced him to use did substandard work, and of course, did not fix all of the damage... So, having heard good things about DMD from our neighbors, we asked to meet with Danny, to see if he could help us out. Danny gave us a very fair price to re-do all the work properly , and he even helped us secure the financing we needed for this project. In a nutshell, Danny and his folks did an excellent job. We had hail damage to our roof several months ago. Our whole neighborhood! Our friend contracted with DMD and highly recommended them. So we contacted them for our roof replacement as well. There recommendation was true. They were reasonably priced, especially considering we had to have 40 solar panels removed before the roof could be replaced, then placed where relaxed after the roof was completed! Timely and cost effective

Dan and his staff did a wonderful job on our screen porch project. I could not be more pleased. It was challenging job. We have an existing concrete slab between the house and the detached garage. At least 6 contractors out to look at the project, many of whom could not come up with an acceptable design solution. Others could but were way over budget. Dan came up with a really clever solution that was functional, attractive and affordable. You could not tell that the structure was always not part of the house. Their workmanship was first rate. I could not recommend them more strongly. They will be the first people I call if I ever need a contractor again.
