Peter was extremely knowledgeable about his product. He explained in detail the features of the ergonomic mattress I was interested in and I sampled the benefits. He delivered the mattress personally and set it up for me. I have been using it for a few weeks now and the improvement in my back and quality of sleep is most noticeable. I would like to share my very satisfactory experience with Beds for Banks , Nunawading. I purchased a B for Bs mattress 12 years ago, and found it to be the best mattress I have ever slept on. As we are now downsizing from a king to a queen size mattress, I wanted to purchase the same mattress. Frank at Nunawading was extremely helpful and I purchased the updated Ergo Life Mattress. Unfortunately after I had slept on this mattress for a week I realised it was not suitable, probably because I now have Polymyalgia and painful joint issues. I rang the store asking to return the mattress, expecting it to be a difficult process, but Rick was so helpful, and even offered to come to my house, check the mattress and discuss the option of a replacement mattress. He brought with him. Mattress topper that I could use in the interim. The end result was within two weeks a new mattress was delivered , much better suited to a person with my medical issues, and the old mattress wasn taken away. I was amazed at the service that was provided by Beds for Backs and can thoroughly recommend this company and the personnel at the Nunawading store.

Since receiving my Beds for Backs pillow one week ago, I have had very sound comfortable nights' sleep. I have never slept so well and am thrilled with my pillow and thank you Ric for explaining how to lie in bed in the correct manner, it has been most successful. Irene.
