We had a wonderful stay at Grace’s BnB! Grace was extremely cooperative, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. The location is absolutely fantastic — right in the heart of Downtown, Business Bay. A supermarket is just 100 meters away and the bus stop is barely 50 meters from the property, making everything incredibly convenient. Major attractions like Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa, and the Museum of the Future are all very close by. The highlight was definitely the stunning canal view and the beautiful view of Burj Khalifa from the balcony — especially at night! The property is perfectly situated for both leisure and business travelers. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable stay in a prime Dubai location! 🌟

It’s a beautiful place to stay nearby Dubai Marina. Walking distance to Mina Siyahi tram station which is connected with Dubai Metro. Very ideal location and super nice host. Are bedrooms have amazing marina views.

Amazing stay on Bluewaters – highly recommended! I had an incredible stay here. The apartment was exactly as advertised — clean, bright, modern, and very spacious. Having a private parking space in the garage was a huge bonus and made everything super easy. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you might need, including a washing machine and dishwasher. The views of Ain Dubai from all the windows are just stunning — both day and night. And the sunsets over Bluewaters… absolutely beautiful. The location is quiet and peaceful, yet everything is just a short walk away: shops, a pharmacy, cafés, great restaurants. The building also has a lovely pool and a well-equipped gym, which I really appreciated. Delivery services work perfectly here too — couriers can enter through reception, and if you’re home, you can let them in via the video intercom. Very convenient for Dubai. Grace (the host) was a fantastic host from the very beginning. Communication was quick, friendly, and easy, and I really appreciated the self check-in — it made everything smooth and stress-free during my late-night arrival. Overall, a perfect place to stay. I would definitely come back and can recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai. I’m already looking forward to my next stay. Bluewaters is truly a special place for me — my absolute favourite in Dubai. When I choose a hotel, Atlantis The Royal is my go-to, but when I need an Airbnb, it will always be Bluewaters.

I had a genuinely great stay here. The apartment looked exactly like the photos—clean, modern, and thoughtfully arranged. What I appreciated most was the small touches: clear check-in instructions, fast responses from the host, and a couple of helpful local tips that really made the trip easier. The apartment was brand new, very spacious, located in the heart of Bluewaters Island, the best part of Dubai in my opinion. There is a shop and a pharmacy next to the apartment, also the Bluewaters Mall. You can also go to the nearby hotels and use their infrastructure with day passes, also you can have breakfast there, which is maybe the better option then go to a cafe. The pool at the Residence itself is also very good, as it is private, and sometime you want to avoid the crowds at the hotels. The service from the host was also top level, the management was very helpful. Will definately recommend this place.

Amazing stay at Sulafa Tower with views of the marina, the apartment was clean and spacious. Would highly recommend!
