First contact was through a postcard. I called spoke with Weston extremely professional knew what he was talking about. Did not push anything. I was very impressed. I called around to compare prices, but with his professionalism I chose dairy land. The crew: Jadon and Kade - good kids, very personable did a great job. Jadon was clearly the leader shared lifting tips, safety tips, explained as he went - Again , I cannot say enough good about his safety ethic. I bought lunch they were appreciative and as soon as they finished, got up, started working again even though I said listen take a minute to settle your stomach. They said nope let’s get going. Price: Weston was upfront about everything, and the total price came in lower than what he originally quoted. I will recommend Dairyland. I’ve used Dairyland before and was so pleased. This time was different. I’ve been in my new home 5 days and still cannot find really important things. I made sure to label every box with a room and contents and I’m finding laundry room and bedroom stuff in the living room and cannot find important things for my home office. I asked them to stack everything along the walls and not block cupboards in the kitchens and that wasn’t done either. Maybe it was because we had 3 locations moving to one and they were sick of us. Maybe it was because the rooms are smaller. I don’t know but almost $10,000 and I’m doing a lot of heavy lifting that I paid for. Some of the crew worked hard and consistently others stood around drinking and vaping. Just wasn’t as good of an experience this time. ****Update**** I changed my review to a 5 star after Weston called but it really wasn't 5 star work or price. The movers broke several bins and I saw them standing on my furniture in the truck to reach things. They just threw everything in the garage with no rhyme or reason - not even putting all the labeled Christmas boxes together for us. 4 weeks later and we are still finding kitchen stuff in the garage and can't find other things. I expect much more for the money I paid - and if the price wasn't enough for what I needed done they should have charged more. Super disappointed all around. I could have done this myself with Uhauls.

The Estimator Weston said at first visit that their largest truck should be able to take all of my 2 bedroom home items. Moving day came and they did not all fit. I was frustrated, but he “made it right”. We chose a day that worked for both of us and HE moved the rest of my items- no additional charge. I’m very, very satisfied with this Moving Company. Dairyland is the only mover you will ever need. I have used them 3 times. Perfect. Love these guys. They moved me yesterday in the coldest weather. Show up on time, work hard until they are done, nothing every breaks or gets dropped. They furiture is packed, covered, very nice. They are very friendly, hard working guys. They put in a 12 hour day yesterday, good attitudes, hard work. The perfect moving company. Would never use anyone else. The owner showed up at the end to see how his guys were doing. These guys are amazing at what they do! Awesome moving company that hussles the entire time. I was blown away at the attention to detail on setting up my furniture. The owner, Brandon, was curtious and out of all the moving companies I looked into he paid the most attention to every detail from precious family airlooms,smaller item's, larger items , expensive and the not so expensive his crew treated all of my belongings like thier own and I could not be more pleased with this company and his staff. Dairyland Moving and Storage has been wonderful to work with, from the initial contact about obtaining an estimate, to moving materials, and finally to the move itself. Everyone we spoke to at the company was extremely helpful. The two men who moved us were efficient, personable, professional and kept their good humor and good attitude through a process that got a bit bogged down at the unloading end due to the fair distance from the truck to the elevator and then some competition for elevator use due to other work happening in the building. They took wonderful care of our fragile flat screen TV, some 200 year old antiques, and original paintings. They lugged materials from three floors. They found a way to get a recalcitrant sofa out of the house. I recommend Dairyland Moving and Storage without any reservation whatsoever.

Dairyland moved our family this weekend and words cannot express how happy we are with the excellent level of service delivered. The wood floor was covered with moving blankets as to not scratch or track anything into the house. I have never seen a crew hustle and work as hard as these guys. Their attention to detail blew me away, moving is a stressful time and you may forget to mention something but they asked all the right questions to ensure not one thing would be miscommunicated. Dairyland Moving had moved me and my families things to our new home. Brandon and his crew had shown up early with a very clean and well organized truck and trailer and did a final walk through of my house with me. He explained to me the whole process and answered any questions I had fully to make sure I was comfortable before he and his crew started. They moved all of our belongings as if they were their own. Wrapping everything that wasn't already in a box with moving blankets to ensure nothing would be damaged. Brandon and his crew would literally run back inside after moving something into the trailer to make sure they got the job done the quickest they could. It was easy to tell that Brandon had been moving people for a long time by the ability to load and organize a trailer. Nothing that was loaded looked at all to be unsafe or in a place prone to damage. When they were finished loading the trailer, Brandon's crew did one final walk through to make sure they got everything, and Brandon inspected the trailer to make sure he didn't see anything he didn't like. He even climbed inside the trailer to move a lampshade that he was concerned might get bent. It was a very reassuring attention to detail that nothing was going to be damaged to me. Everything was quickly unloaded in the same fashion and nothing was damaged when they had finished. His whole crew was very polite and seemed to enjoy working for Dairyland. I've used other moving companies before and none of them even came close to the professionalism that Dairyland had shown me that day. When all said and done, they finished under the time Brandon quoted me originally. I couldn't recommend Dairyland Moving and Storage more for your moving needs.
