Delayed review but I wanted to make sure to get one posted. I was very satisfied with the quality of service and communication provided by Gianni Electric. It was quick to get an appointment and services completed same day. I just had about 7 light fixtures and ceiling fans replaced. Cost was a bit higher than I had anticipated ( not their fault I’m just clueless to these things) but well worth the money. Alec was very knowledgeable and informative. Would highly recommend.

Alec came out to fix my electrical issues. He kept me informed the whole way and was extremely professional. Very methodical in the way he approached the problem and I will be recommending him to everyone I know. I would ask personally for him if you call here.

I recently discovered I needed to upgrade and move my aged electrical system, mainly for safety reasons. I knew it was going to be a large expensive job. In the past, I had used Gianni Electrical and was pleased with their services. When I called Gianni, Christy took my call and was very helpful and knowledgable. She set up an appointment and AlecG quickly looked at my system and explained what had to be done. Even tho I did not want to do it, I knew it was time. Scheduling, permitting etc was easy. The entire staff was very helpful. Jesse and everyone in the office were very professional. Any calls I made, Christy quickly routed them to the right person and it was handled quickly or I was called back with the answers. On the scheduled day, AlecG not only showed up on time, but was early and greatly appreciated. I was informed by texts and phone calls about what was happening next. I cannot say enough about AlecG whose electrical knowledge and professionalism is unbelievable. To take an entire panel apart, with all the circuits, and move it, hook it back up, label it, and have it work perfectly was truly amazing. His knowledge of the electrical code was very impressive, I could not stop watching. His helper Frederico knew where to be and what to do in a friendly professional manner. Other things I noticed: AlecG and Frederico were dressed nice, neat, well prepared with good tools, organized, even the truck was well stocked and neat. Things you look for in a contractor. Within minutes after AlecG left, the county inspector showed up and it was passed. I could tell he was very impressed with the job. While I certainly did not want to spend the money, I do feel it was good value. If I could rate the job at a 10 I certainly would. Thank you all at Gianni Electrical.

Alex was professional and extremely knowledgeable and detailed. I live in a building that was built in the 1960’s. He knew exactly what we needed to do to bring up to code.
