After reading the reviews I wasn't sure about using this company but all went well. My sheet actually arrived ahead of time so was very speedy delivery. The delivery communication/text was good. I've got no problems with the product. The price was reasonable compared to others. Very pleased

I've only purchased small items, but the turnaround is unbelievably fast and items are great quality. I was impressed that they emailed to check a dimension, which whilst correct , shows excellent customer service.

Absolutely brilliant company to deal with. The website is easy to use, the wood is cut to precision, very well packaged and delivered promptly. Communication throughout the process - from receiving the order to providing tracking details. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Brilliant. A slight delay with delivery, only to be expected directly following the Christmas holidays but Trisha kept me informed of progress daily. When they confirmed the revised delivery date and time it arrived as promised, on time. The quality of the mdf was superb with plastic protection to the edges. Highly recommended.

Good service. I ordered custom plinth boards for my kitchen with height 140mm. They fitted perfectly and look really nice.

Fantastic service. I didn't have a particularly large order but MDF Direct were still able to accommodate it. Reasonable shipping costs and brilliant communication along the way. Email confirmation of order, email confirmation of delivery estimate, two phone calls and an SMS to inform me of delivery times at the weekend. Item itself arrived undamaged and accurately cut. Would happily use again.

Ordered three pieces of crown cut oak veneered mdf which arrived within two to three days. Unfortunately one of the boards had damage to the edge which meant I couldn’t use it. Contacted them to report the damage and they sent a replacement board within a couple of days which is in perfect condition. Mark of a good company is how it reacts to customer problems and they passed that with flying colours. Would definitely recommend and use them again.
