I started training at YSP in 2020 after hip surgery. I wanted to tone my body, rebuild strength safely, and make sure I was using proper form. Jamin is so personable and really listens to your goals, tailoring workouts to help you achieve them. Since starting, I’m stronger and more fit than I’ve ever been—even after having a baby. I have double the energy now, and I actually love going to the gym! I’m proud of my weight loss, my increased strength, and the confidence I’ve gained. If you’re nervous about starting, just start!
