It was almost a miracle that my unusual key with a bending pivot could be re-keyed. I am in Florida and my storage unit is in Tennessee. Because of an issue at the storage unit, they needed to get into the storage unit. I did not want to send my original key with a pivot. So George made a key. He spent a lot of time figuring out what would be the best template. I mailed the key off to Tennessee and it worked. I would say that George has a very strong and creative work ethic and he wants to do his best for his customers. If others can't do it, I believe that George can.

Outstanding service. My wife and I realized that the key was in the house. I called a bunch of people and the owner of Charlotte Co. Safe & Lock answered and said he can have somebody there in a few minutes. Ended up being Jake was waiting at the house when we got back. Jake got us back in the house very quickly and at a very very reasonable price on a Sunday afternoon on a holiday weekend. I cant recommend Charlotte county lock and safe enough!!!!!!!
