They take the time to adjust and personalize care, which makes a huge difference. On top of that, the entire team is very accommodating with scheduling, making everything easy and stress-free. I started using Viva Stretch just over a month ago to help with some muscle and nerve issues I am having. I have participated in the assisted stretch sessions with Jonston and the class sessions with Anna and both do a great job. Also the owner Raj has been very accommodating in working with my issues.
