They were helpful on the phone and someone contacted me the same day to book in a free appointment to assess the work we needed doing. Patrick visited the next day and was very knowledgeable and helpful. He confirmed that the issue with our guttering would be fairly quick and straightforward to fix. Arkiton recently completely replaced our roof, including fascias, soffits and guttering and we are absolutely delighted with the result. We threw them a curve ball with some extra finials which they ensured went up exactly where we wanted them, the tiles they recommended look great and their workmanship and attention to detail has been excellent. The whole team were extremely hard working, friendly and professional, thoroughly cleaning up at the end of each day. Brilliant service - can not recommend highly enough. Woke up on Saturday to rain coming through the ceiling of our bedroom - where our bay window joins the house - one phone call and the guys were round with a tarp to make water tight - before lunch on Tuesday the job was completed.
