I had to visit the ER recently, and overall the staff was kind, attentive, and made a stressful situation feel a lot more manageable. I especially want to recognize Matt and Flora. They were both so easy to talk to and genuinely caring. Matt took the time to explain things and check in, and Flora was incredibly patient and comforting throughout the whole experience. It really meant a lot to be treated with that level of care. I appreciate them and the entire team.

Well taken care of. The team of Dr. Kobza, Nurse Flora and Radiology Tech Vince made me feel so comfortable. They took good care of me and made sure that they addressed all my health concerns. Even their front desk personnel was so helpful, from check in to check out. Thanks St. Michael Elite Hospital!!!

Took my daughter in because she was feeling sick. The staff was great. From the young lady at the front desk that helped us sign to the nurses, Flora and Tara who took us in and medicated my daughter , to the Rad Tech Lori who did the chest xray and the doctor Dr Pham who listened to my daughter and ordered the appropriate test and medications, and gave her the scripts she needed. There was no wait and our entire visit was less then 2 hours. Thank you for the great care.

We had a really positive experience at St. Michael’s Elite Hospital when we brought our son in. It was a stressful time for our family, but every person we encountered was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and empathetic. It truly felt like the staff cared about what we were going through. I especially want to highlight Dr. Karen Richardson. She was the standout of our experience. When she spoke with me, I immediately felt like my son was in good hands, and I genuinely felt that she cared about my child. She took the time to explain everything and made me feel seen as a mom trying to do the best for her son. I’m very grateful for the care and compassion we received.

This place was amazing. I had an allergic reaction and they saw me right away within less than 5 minutes. They were polite and kept me informed throughout the entire process. They even called the next day to check up on me as well. I was visiting from out of town and they helped me tremendously. All staff I interacted with were GREAT.

I had a great experience at this urgent care . The facility was very clean, organized, and efficient. I was seen quickly, and the entire process moved fast without feeling rushed. The nurse and doctor on shift were amazing — they were attentive, compassionate, and took care of me right away. I truly felt heard and well cared for. I’ve taken my mom and now my husband. Every time we go they are so very kind and fast. Our family has been going here since they opened about 17 years ago I would recommend them to anyone
