As always , the service and professionalism of the technician was exceptional. I had an AC tune-up performed by Shawn White. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, and very patient in answering all of my questions. He was thorough in his wurk and explained what he was doing and why. I felt very comfortable and confident in the quality of the work performed. Would recommend Sila without hesitation and plan on continuing to utilize their services

Elias, a tech from Sila came out on Sunday. He was not only knowledgeable but he was friendly and polite. More importantly, Elias saw no problem for what I thought we needed to have done. Instead of performing work that didn’t need to be done Elias was honest; he canceled the job and credited our deposit. It’s nice to find a honest person; company.

Paul is an incredible tech. He was on time, he contacted me when he was on his way, he is very knowledgeable and friendly, extremely professional and easy to talk to. He explained everything to me, found some incorrect settings, fixed them and explained why. This is not the first time Paul was here and both times knew exactly what to do.
