I am absolutely pleased with the tuning and service I received from Michael Pitts. Very professional and knowledgeable. Very reasonably priced, as well. I would recommend him to anyone needing their piano tuned and service done if there were issues involving the mechanics of the piano.

I had a wonderful experience with Midwest Piano for the repair and tuning of my mini piano. The online scheduling process was seamless, and their communication was consistently prompt. Michael provided a courtesy call 30 minutes prior to his arrival and was perfectly on time. He was incredibly professional, taking the time to explain his process and thoroughly diagnose the issues before beginning work. He quickly addressed the defects and efficiently cleaned, adjusted, and tuned every key. With such reasonable pricing and high-quality service, I highly recommend them!

Michael is the best all around piano repair expert. Truly a master of his craft. He has loads of experience and even voiced the passion for what he does: helping customers. It also seems to me he has perfect pitch and an ear trained over hundreds of tunings that is unmatched.
