PrivaDrive came to our rescue after Uber cancelled our reservation at the last minute. I called every other car service and PrivaDrive is the only one that came through. Under emergency circumstances, a driver was at our hotel door in 20 minutes. PrimaDrive is the only car service I would trust in New Buffalo, especially if you are heading to South Bend “International.” The owner truly cares about his customers and our driver Sam was excellent. I would give 7 stars if I could. Above and beyond for any business.

My second use of this service. Both experiences excellent. Latest was New Buffalo to O’Hare. You could set your watch by Rachel’s pickup timing. She also did a great job of pre-trip communication, as did the main office. Nice clean van. Rachel was an excellent driver and a pleasure to spend time with. A service like this has to be 100% reliable or it is worse than no service. PrivaDrive clearly takes that seriously and has earned our complete confidence. Very reasonably priced. 10 stars.

This is the 4th time we have used PrivaDrive to get to and from the airport. First time to Midway and this time to O’Hare. All rides have been on time and great experiences whether in the middle of the night or rush hour traffic. We are so thankful PrivaDrive exists and that it is runs so efficiently. .
