We needed a container for our business and were completely inexperienced in knowing anything about them. Our first phone call was answered by Scott Yule, who remained our main point of contact throughout the entire process. He guided us through everything we needed to consider and helped us specify exactly what we wanted, an unusual 13ft non-standard size in a custom colour with an added personnel door. Unit Group managed to build and ship it in less than two weeks, and it was delivered first thing on the morning they had promised. It was craned into position with millimetre accuracy in the area we had marked out. The container looks incredible and does the job perfectly. Scott was exceptional throughout, his communication was fantastic, and the whole process was made so easy. If all companies operated to this standard, business in general would not only be easier but an absolute pleasure. Thank you to the team at Unit Group, I couldn’t recommend you highly enough. From the Lady Lisa that I spoke with could not have been more helpful and the delivery driver Dan was also great. 2 containers delivered fast only issues was no lock box but straight away they said we will send out welders to fit them on. Customer Service agent lisa was on point got reply with in minutes of sending emails. I got multiple quotes from other companies and unit hire was the cheapest

Unit Hire was recommended to me by a neighbour who used them 12 years ago. The service has been outstanding from the moment I enquired and Lisa Jones has been excellent, possibly the best customer service I have received in a long time. She went out of her way to answer questions, find information, check the delivery and all went very smoothly. The delivery driver was also very pleasant and helpful. The container is also smart and clean. I had called a couple of other companies, as we will be renting a container for c 10 months, but neither cared about securing my business like Lisa did (and I don't mean that in a sales/pressurising me to make a decision way, she just cared about the quality of the customer service she was giving). Would 100% recommend Unit Hire.

Lisa was brilliant. She kept me updated at all times regarding the delivery date. The unit was painted and in good condition prior to delivery. The designated courier was also good and kept me informed of his progress and delivery time. Upon arrival, the unloading was quick and professionally carried out and he only left when we were happy with installation. I would quite happily use this company again and highly recommend them.

Great company, easy to deal and very professional!

UNIT Group have been very friendly and accommodating from the first contact right through to container delivery. Georgie was very attentive and patient during the decision phase and was very accommodating when I asked to visit their yard in Stanford-Le-Hope to discuss our requirements and take measurements. The containers were delivered on time and positioned extremely accurately!
