The customer service I received from Kevin Murphy and his team was outstanding. Anytime I had a question, I would either call, text or email the appropriate person and if someone didn't answer the phone when I called, they would get back to me within 1-2 hrs of my communication. Kevin was great, in that he would check in with us periodically to see if we had found a house that we wanted to put a contract on, and if we needed an updated approval letter. Then his communication throughout the mortgage application/approval process continued through closing. Kevin and his team at Freedmont made it really easy and hassle-free to buy a house.

She went far above and beyond what I would have expected as a first time home buyer.
