Highly recommend taking the class with Birth Essential. The classes are very interactive and engaging, which makes it easy to stay involved and actually learn. Nicole is a fantastic teacher — knowledgeable, approachable, and great at explaining everything clearly. What really stood out to me is how well-known and respected these classes are. When I mentioned them to others, including my physiotherapist, they all had great things to say. Most importantly, this experience has helped my husband and I connect even more throughout the pregnancy, while learning so much along the way.

Took a prenatal class with Nicole at Calgary Birth Essentials and it was honestly awesome. Super clear, practical, and not overwhelming at all. As a guy, I actually feel way more confident going into this now. Highly recommend.

Both my husband and I have really enjoyed taking the prenatal classes! Both Sharon and Nicole are excellent educators and we're feeling a lot more confident as we get closer to our due date. Polina is a very informative and thorough instructor, always there to answer any questions you may have. My husband and I really enjoyed the hands on parts of the class so that we could put the techniques we learned into practice.

Took our birthing classes here, had an amazing experience all around. Nicole was our instructor, and she went above and beyond to help us learn all things related to birth and taking care of a newborn baby!! 10/10 Would recommend.
