I was picked up at my house on time and was taken to the SLC Airport. My driver Ishmael, was friendly and courteous and helped me with my large ski bag. We chatted all the way to the airport. I will use this ride agency again !

I cannot say enough good things about Canyon Transportation. I have a lot of visitors, and I rely on them for around 30 rides per year between Park City and the Salt Lake City airport. I’ve been using them at that level for the past three years, and they have never been late — not once. Their drivers are always friendly, courteous, and professional. They strike exactly the right balance: happy to talk when I feel like chatting, and equally respectful and quiet when I prefer a calm ride. After this much experience with them, I use no other company. Canyon Transportation has been consistently reliable, polished, and easy to work with, and I recommend them without hesitation.

Our flight got cancelled unexpectedly, and throughout that process I didn’t change our reservation immediately because of being mid flight with no service. I was able to get in touch with a representative immediately at landing, they were unable to send me a driver as late as I was, but proceeded to book a Lyft immediately for us. The driver was there in under 10 minutes and we were on our way hassle free. We use Canyon Transportation every time we are in PKC, but this was above and beyond customer service. Thanks again!!!
