We wanted to get a mold inspection on our new home because we noticed the previous owners had painted over various areas in the garage ie spotty areas so we were concerned about mold even though we did not have a mold smell and didn't understand why the areas were painted the way they were. We wanted to be on the safe side of prevention so we contacted BioPro. Jared was our mold inspector and he was wonderful to work with. He showed up on time and did a thorough inspection of the entire house along with mold samplings. The good news was that he did not find any issues. Jared was extremely knowledgeable, personable and provided a lot of helpful information for us. We would definitely recommend Jared and BioPro for mold inspections. He was great to work with.

I gave a lengthy review because Jared was so good at his assessment and inspection and it just went into cyberspace. So again, here goes. Jared arrived on time with the correct equipment to assess our complaint of a musty smell where we had the leak. He explained what he would be looking for and what the information would let him know after his his inspection. When he was finished, he explained what he had reviewed and when we would get the results. He was thorough, professional and very confident with his explanation. I would definitely recommend BioProFl to anyone who have problems with water leaks or air problems in their homes. Jared is a true professional and I commend him for a job "well done."
