Fast and convenient

RDC has been very responsive to our needs. We (the tech and I) discovered something that had been missed in the contract, and we were able to get it nailed down quickly and did not have to put it off until far later and wait until all the red tape was dealt with. Communication has been great, and I am continuing to add RDC to service different areas in my building that I have discovered need for. I'm looking forward to putting more things on my contacts so that I can spend more time focused elsewhere! Thanks Aaron, Shane, Jared, and everyone else I've dealt with!

Great service and staff is awesome!

We operate a Distribution Center up in Frankfort and had an issue with our liftgate. No power. We called our electrician and after he took a look he recommended Dietrich for the fix. They got someone out here to inspect it promptly and diagnosed the issue right away. They put together a quote in a timely manner and then we got them on the calendar (they even bumped us up in the schedule since it was urgent). They quoted with them providing all the equipment, but since we had some of the needed equipment, they took that off the quote. Tony and his team were very professional: they arrived on time and finished the job early, leaving our dock looking and working way better than when they came in. Highly recommend.
