Bought a lockable cabinet, slight delivery delay, when queried they immediately replied to help chase up. When setting it up I hadn't read the instructions properly and thought parts were missed, they weren't, it was totally my fault, Annie was very patient, helpful and efficient with immediate replies to me. Decent product and price, excellent company communication, I won't forget that, it means a lot these days.

We recently purchased office furniture for our workspace, and what a superb service Ergo offer. The desks are sturdy and easy to build and the draws come already assembled which was a nice touch. The materials feel high-quality, and the modern design has really given our office that professional look. The customer service was perfect, we visited the showroom first and Beth was so welcoming. we didn't have a clue what we wanted but after giving her our measurements she designed several ideas and it was as easy as that....once we received the quote, payment was made online and then delivery took about 5 working days.

The chair is supremely comfortable !! It is really soothing to sit in. The IT350 (high back, standard seat, extra foam, inflatable lumbar support ) is a medium sized chair, suitable for all members of the family. It is great to have so many options to create a bespoke chair, for a medium price. The vinyl 'golden' colour is a warm brown which blends in with brown wood furniture. When the chair was delivered, the vinyl smelt terrible with a sort of burnt smell, but after a month with the room window open on trickle, the smell is no longer noticeable. Amelia and Annie were so helpful in promptly answering my many questions and ordering the vinyl samples. Thank you to Ergo Outlet for your wonderful customer service.
