Super great staff, but what really sets them apart is the incredible quality (fit and finish) of the Velotric bikes. We rode a handful of different trikes and the Velotric is second to none.

It’s a lot of fun fun with the assisted power. It’s been 30 years since I’ve ridden a bike.

Great friendly staff that is fully informed & informative about their product. Michelle gave me a full hour+ demo & test ride, that really flew by, of three of the best model bikes that I'd looked @ for a comparison of each so I could get a feel for what I really wanted. In the end I took a week to shop around, but went back to PEDEGO for the personable & knowledgeable customer service, the warranty (that really makes the price a bargain when compared to many other top names) & of course my Trail Tracker, which I love & has made getting around during the hottest time of year a literal 'breeze.' I'd recommend anyone looking for an e-bike to stop here FIRST then go ahead & look around, if you have the time, & see if any other local shop offers the quality, customer service, or guarantee you get from this brand & store. Lastly, if price is as much of a concern for you as it is for me, take it from a guy who pinches a penny so tight he has the image of Lincoln permanently debossed in his thumb, you'll end up right back here @ PEDEGO Palm Coast. Edit: March 2026 So I just have to add; the name may have changed but the friendly service has not. Had a brake cable snap on me over the weekend, was so worried about how long I'd be without my Trailtracker, but I got to the shop early & despite Gary & Michelle having "20 plates spinning" they managed to squeeze me in & took care of my problem in less than an hour. I couldn't be more happy about spending my $ at BeneFit E-Bikes of Palm Coast.
