I know nothing about roofing or how my homeowners insurance works when it comes to getting our roof replaced but Jacob made the process so much easier than I expected! We chose to upgrade our ventilation at the same time as getting our new shingles. He was so knowledgeable regarding which options were best and had other DT workers who specialize in other areas of home construction come out to inspect and give their professional opinions to make sure he was meeting our needs. DT Roofing did the roof and gutter replacement after a hail storm damaged or roof this spring. DT Roofing did am outstanding job even with the added issue of having to coordinate with the solar panel company who had to remove and reinstall the panels. Kenny Kirkley answered any questions I had about the process and had paperwork completed and submitted to my insurance and mortgage companies.

We had several bids on our roof replacement and although DT was just a little bit higher, the professionalism the Kenny showed made our decision so easy. We are so happy we went with DT. We were actually out of town when the work was done. Kenny was on top of everything. Sent pictures throughout the process and kept us in the loop every step of the way. DT Roofing did an excellent job with our roof replacement due to hail damage. The teams were courteous and professional. Our contact Troy Wilson demonstrated great communication and customer service! We upgraded to the Class 4 hurricane metal shake shingles, which required gutter upgrades as well. With the new roof, we also decided to extend the porch. Troy coordinated with our contractor throughout the process to ensure that we were taken care of. The new roof looks wonderful, and we are very pleased with the results!
