Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I have dealt with SPD pain for 2+ years. After seeing a chiro, a doctor, a pelvic floor physical therapist, I FINALLY found Kelly, and she has been able to already pinpoint such specific issues that nobody else could. She understands the physical limitations SPD brings, but she also understands the emotional and mental aspect of it as well. I will recommend her to anyone I know that is dealing with any postpartum issues. She is wonderful.
Update: I had my 5th baby last week, he came out at 8.14 pounds, and the whole pregnancy I assumed I would have a decent DR. I checked yesterday and barely had a one finger DR (unlike all my previous pregnancies where I had a 3-4 finger gap)! Also, after my first 4 pregnancies, I had that feeling of “where is my core? I can’t feel anything, there’s zero connection between me and my core.” But after this pregnancy, the first time I did Transverse breathing and holds, I was completely connected and there was no struggle at all!
I did Kelly’s courses all the way through my pregnancy, and am so thankful I did.
I tell everyone pregnant and post partum friend I have about The Tummy Team! It truly is life changing.
