I signed up for a year’s access to the bundle of women’s courses because I needed to address leaking and diastasis recti after having five kids. A week later I was diagnosed with breast cancer. I worked through all of the courses to rehab my core while also working through cancer treatments. The encouragement, clear instructions, careful pacing, and gentle yet effective exercises were invaluable when I was in brain fog from chemo and trying to rebuild strength and mobility after mastectomy. I finished that year stronger and happier than I started, with a healed core, a habit of daily exercise, and full strength and mobility in my surgery site. I highly recommend the Tummy Team!

Really great e-session. Excellent focus on both my wife's and my issues. Looking forward to working on Kelly's suggestions and the benefits that should follow.

Finding information on diastasis for a man is actually pretty hard. It’s relatively easy to get surgical advice. But to get a complete package of education as to the long-term root causes, essential knowledge and everyday methods to improve and eventually rectify the issue is very difficult. I only had my initial consult yesterday, join ed straight after, and I’ve gone through about an hour and a half of videos. I already feel so full of hope for the future where is before I wasn’t even sure what my exercises I could do, which way I should sleep in bed or how I should get on and off the sofa. Even if I should be on all fours while cleaning. The consult was amazing, and for the price the information you’re getting is worth many times what I paid. I can’t recommended it enough.

I have dealt with SPD pain for 2+ years. After seeing a chiro, a doctor, a pelvic floor physical therapist, I FINALLY found Kelly, and she has been able to already pinpoint such specific issues that nobody else could. She understands the physical limitations SPD brings, but she also understands the emotional and mental aspect of it as well. I will recommend her to anyone I know that is dealing with any postpartum issues. She is wonderful. Update: I had my 5th baby last week, he came out at 8.14 pounds, and the whole pregnancy I assumed I would have a decent DR. I checked yesterday and barely had a one finger DR (unlike all my previous pregnancies where I had a 3-4 finger gap)! Also, after my first 4 pregnancies, I had that feeling of “where is my core? I can’t feel anything, there’s zero connection between me and my core.” But after this pregnancy, the first time I did Transverse breathing and holds, I was completely connected and there was no struggle at all! I did Kelly’s courses all the way through my pregnancy, and am so thankful I did. I tell everyone pregnant and post partum friend I have about The Tummy Team! It truly is life changing.

I found Kelly Dean's YouTube videos after finding out from my doctor that the bulge in my stomach as I sat up is Diastasis Recti. After seeing some other videos from different experts, I felt that taking Kelly's course Core Foundations For Men at the Tummy Team website was the best approach. The course and videos were very well done, informative, and helped me feel I could fix this issue. The way she integrates core functionality into the daily life of men has made it easy to add in the stretches and breathing exercises into my life. My overall posture and awareness has greatly improved. While my Diastasis hasn't completely healed, its at least half as wide now and I know that continuing these strategies will get it completely closed up over time.

Kelly is the best health care professional if you have diastasis recti and do not wish to get surgery. She is extremely knowledgeable and is a great teacher. My results are astounding. I had a 3-finger width diastasis from sternum to umbilicus. I would also get large doming/tenting when lying back or raising my head. It was very disturbing. This is likely the result of over 45 years of heavy weightlifting. I also found myself unable to wear any of my dress shirts or pants as the belly would be in the way. After a thorough internet search, I reached out to Kelly for internet sessions. Kelly taught me how to engage my transverse abdominus and breathe properly during weight lifting. She taught me several exercises that I perform daily. In addition, Kelly trained me how to engage my core while doing daily activities such as walking, eating, sitting, driving, etc. After 3-4 months of working with Kelly, my diastasis now measures 1 finger-width and my clothes fit again! I feel and look so much better. Thank you for helping me, Kelly! I am so glad I found you!
