Avoid this practice at any cost! They are very unprofessional and liars. Lied and hid about their records, while my video and recordings say something different. I lost my health and nerves 3 years ago while doubting the treatment happened, and when I realised I was right. I paid around £400 for treatment when they harmed me, damaging my gums, as a result, I lost next to a tooth and also an undetected root canal, which followed with an extra 800 euros abroad to fix that harm. Staff were scared of Dr Abdul Dalghous when he persistently asked their opinion, they agreed on everything unsure way. The receptionist cancelled the appointment last minute and booked the first appointment wrong, even though I explained the problem clearly. They did not refund.

I had a dental consultation this morning, and was genuinely impressed by the whole experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome, but I especially want to mention Mackenzie, the treatment coordinator. She was incredibly friendly, warm, and approachable—her calm and kind demeanor instantly put me at ease. I usually get a bit anxious at dental appointments, but Mackenzie took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. It really made a difference. Highly recommend this practice, especially if you're someone who gets nervous about dental visits!

not sure how everyone is giving this place 5 stars. they don’t answer the phone lines and i have asked for multiple call back requests but no one is getting back to me. i have messaged the newly whatsapp business account and not even a response from that? my invisalign is mostly like lost in the post and looks like they don’t want to admit it to me. for such a respectable dentist the customer service is shocking…. (i never ever write negative reviews but this had to be said because i’m confused on how this is happening)
