I was going to resize my ssd and accidentally deleted all the partitions on the drive everything was gone even the recovery partition and all the drivers. I was unable to re install Windows so I called The Original PC Doctor and Sam arrived the next day. The computer had to go back to the shop a day and a half later Sam returned my computer and demonstrated it to me. I was now working as well as it did when I took it from it's box he had returned it back to factory specs. Satisfaction with the PC Doctors service Andres arrived when he said he would right on time. He readily understood the problems with my desktop and a similar one on my laptop. The latter one was more complex than we thought but he worked through it and restored my laptop back to how I wanted it. In addition, he recommended the installation of a cleaner app (free) to minimise the retention of useless/redundant data for which I am very grateful. I would welcome him back any time for any future problems that may arise. I rated my experience with The PC Doctor and Andres the highest available rating.

Professional, punctual, knowledgeable & highly recommended I'm usually pretty good at eventually solving a PC issue at home, but on this particular occasion I'd hit a brick wall, had to admit defeat & needed external help. I'd used The PC Doctor once many years ago successfully, so decided to engage them again for this issue. First of all, the online query submission was very easy & the response to that from The PC Doctor was fast & informative (Mark). After explaining my issue (it was a software issue) & cost structure, it was decided that a remote call-in would be the best & most efficient way to solve my problem & a time was then arranged, with the name of the person who would be looking after my query (James). The PC Doctor subsequently followed-up with a text message to confirm my recent call & appointment details. Followed by another message closer to the appointment time, asking me to ensure I had either Quick Assist or TeamViewer installed (with instructions on how to do so if unfamiliar with either of these) James called at the exact appointment time & for the next hour was able to systematically problem-solve the issue (plus another couple of other items I raised at the time). He was an absolute delight to chat with, was impressively knowledgeable & even when he hit a couple of roadblocks during the process, he simply found another way to solve them quickly with a few simple mouse clicks & dialogue box options.....James was seriously impressive in the speed & proficiency in which he smashed through the various tasks in order to get to the successful end-game result for my issues. I could not be happier with my recent experience with The PC Doctor in general & James in particular deserves special mention for both his phone demeanour/customer service & technical knowledge. It was absolute value-for-money the service provided by The PC Doctor, they were a pleasure to deal & I would use again in a heartbeat.

Pop-Up Intrusion Dwight facilitated a 'quick' same day service when I received a pop up alerting me to 'possible identity theft' via hacking of my IP address. The distressing part for me was the spoken threat on repeat coming through my hearing aids which had flow on impact and my inability to get rid of the pop-up from my browser. It was of course a scam. Dwight gave direction about what to do immediately and details of a technician visit and costs associated - so no surprises. Moudy, the technician arrived later on the same day at the scheduled time. He had the insight to greet my dog who then was completely untroubled by his presence. In a very short time Moudy had fixed the problem and payment was a breeze. Like Dwight, Moudy ensured I understood follow up support if necessary. In this case it isn't required. Moudy is professional, courteous, responsive and warm, displaying the best of human services. The next day Dwight checked back if I had any problems - so I more than happy to provide a five gold star review for both Dwight and Moudy.

Needed help not computer literate. Computer equipment is old, and all equipment is used for reporting to committees of other organizations. The problems this time were small but needed someone who knew what they were doing and understood old equipment. The technician completed the work quickly and everything is working as it should be.

Brilliant service Relative new computer not working as it should be. James was amazing quick and efficient in his productivity to get this computer working properly again. He was incredibly polite, funny but pro active in getting the job done. All over the phone.

Great Service David was helpful and understanding and tried to fix our problem. He offered us an alternative when it was clear that it would be cheaper to buy a new computer.

In Home Service We had a number of small problems with our computer at home. The technician (Mahar) arrived on time and sorted our problems. Nothing was a problem for him and sorted things in a timely manor. There was continual communication.

A saviour Edwin was polite & knowledgeable and fixed my problem, onsite, without a hitch. guarantee for 14 days & although the cost for 1 hr was $190 ($100 call out and $45 per 15 mins after) there was no additional service charge for weekends.

I can sleep tonight, thanks to Dwight Dwight was friendly, professional, quick and left us feeling better that these things happen, but it was isolated and we are ok.

Problem solved I had a problem with my computer not talking to the printer. I tried every method I knew from reinstalling drivers to changing ports, but nothing worked. I rang the PC Doctor and Carlos was there the next day and quickly solved the problem and explained what was happening. He also alerted me to the fact that on my other computer the firewall had been disabled, so I got him to fix that too. A very good technician who quickly understands problems, explains them and sorts them out.
