I'm usually pretty good at eventually solving a PC issue at home, but on this particular occasion I'd hit a brick wall, had to admit defeat & needed external help. I'd used The PC Doctor once many years ago successfully, so decided to engage them again for this issue. First of all, the online query submission was very easy & the response to that from The PC Doctor was fast & informative (Mark). After explaining my issue (it was a software issue) & cost structure, it was decided that a remote call-in would be the best & most efficient way to solve my problem & a time was then arranged, with the name of the person who would be looking after my query (James). The PC Doctor subsequently followed-up with a text message to confirm my recent call & appointment details. Followed by another message closer to the appointment time, asking me to ensure I had either Quick Assist or TeamViewer installed (with instructions on how to do so if unfamiliar with either of these) James called at the exact appointment time & for the next hour was able to systematically problem-solve the issue (plus another couple of other items I raised at the time). He was an absolute delight to chat with, was impressively knowledgeable & even when he hit a couple of roadblocks during the process, he simply found another way to solve them quickly with a few simple mouse clicks & dialogue box options.....James was seriously impressive in the speed & proficiency in which he smashed through the various tasks in order to get to the successful end-game result for my issues. I could not be happier with my recent experience with The PC Doctor in general & James in particular deserves special mention for both his phone demeanour/customer service & technical knowledge. It was absolute value-for-money the service provided by The PC Doctor, they were a pleasure to deal & I would use again in a heartbeat.
