I’ve found “my electrician”. DT was fast, knowledgeable, and went above even what I expected them to do in checking out an electrical concern. They made sure that my priority was their priority. Steve was awesome!! He fit us in at the end of a very busy day within 2 hours of my call. He arrived, looked at the situation and accurately diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes of getting to the house. I thought we had a bad breaker after lots of flickering electric and a power outage during the last storm, but it was a bad surge protector instead. I was even told about a special coupon that will refund the cost of the visit. Best of all, now I know who to call if I do need more extensive electrical work completed! Thank you so much.

The electricians that completed my service were exceptionally knowledgeable and respectful of my home and left the areas they worked in clean. Let's start with they did an honestly great job. Initial inspection cost applied to the work needed. I expect he would have fixed it if he could but the job needed more. When they did the job he listened in addition to the initial inspection info from his coworker. DT ELECTRIC recently installed a 24 KW generator in our home and I could not be more satisfied with their work. We had a bit of a difficult installation as our gas line into the house was not large enough to service the generator we needed. Thankfully, DT Electric helped guide us through the process of dealing with the gas company to upgrade our service which was all completed without a hitch. They completed the generator installation while we were away and did an awesome job, not only installing the generator itself but also caring for our home and notifying us when they needed to be in the house while we were away, sending us pictures of the progress, and treating our home with complete respect. When we returned, the work area was impeccably cleaned up and you would not know they were even there. My special thanks goes to Tyler who managed our job from start to finish and made sure everything was done right. And also to Kylie in the office who was always courteous and on top of things and kept me informed of next steps etc., appointment times etc. Both Tyler and Kylie are great. You won’t be disappointed if you decide to use DT Electric. Great company and very, very competent and kind people!

Let me be the first to say that I used DT Electric MANY times. Both for my personal residence and for my business. Each and every time, no matter who I work with, I am treated fairly, and they do exactly what they say they will do. We all know how much of a pain it is to find a contractor who will actually say what they can do, so this is a HUGE thing for us. My last project was to have DT Electric set me up with a generator option for my shop at my personal residence. Although I already had a generator when I called him, they were able to come over, show me the options, and work out a plan that allowed me to have something simple and easy to use if the power ever goes out. And I have had to do it no less than 2 or 3 times when a storm hits. As a community, I think it is so important for everyone to lift up those who do good work. I am sure there are other really good electricians out there. But all I can really say is that I have spent 10's of thousands with DT Electric on no less than probably a half a dozen projects, and I will not go anywhere else when I need my next electrical issue fixed.

DT Electric has my business going forward for any electrical needs. My Chargepoint EV home charger died and I 1)needed an electrician to come out and verify this and 2) install the replacement. While we had a challenge with the replacement charger and I made the decision to change brands (to Emporia), Cole and Steve were amazing and took great care of me throughout the challenges I had with Chargepoint. Everyone's professionalism and care for the customer is greatly appreciated!

I have waited 3 months to have power on one entire wall of my house and 3 other electricians told me it was impossible, that rodents had chewed through a wire inside the wall. Steve refused to give up, diagnosed the problem and fixed it! I cannot say enough good things about him or this company!!

I have called out DT Electric a few times for different projects at my new house and WOW, always so professional and very knowledgeable. You know how you get the ick with some companies and wonder if they are trying to bamboozle you into paying more? That did not happen with DT Electric. In fact they give you all of the solution and general idea of cost. They explain the why something may have caused x, y, z. I was beyond impressed. I have a really big project coming up in the Spring and this will be the company I use for it. I also love that they carry shoe booties with them. So very considerate. I have not had that experience with any other company I have called out for a project.

We had Jonathan come to our home to find and fix an outage. He was so kind and respectful and definitely went above and beyond! It took two days but he found the short and fixed it. He put everything back in its place and even went back up on attic to see if the bathrooms were vented correctly. A+ service!

The last couple of days have sucked with no power. I have such anxiety calling people, when I made this call to DT Electric the gentle voice on the other end instantly soothed the anxiety and fear. Had a GFCI literally blow up in our kitchen. It was 24 years old, so I wasn't surprised. I have a basic understanding of electrical work, so I replaced the receptacle myself. Unfortunately, all the electrical outlets after this one didn't work. Had Steve from DT electrical come to our house to diagnose the problem. Within minutes, he figured it out. Even though I had hooked up the new receptacle exactly the same way the old receptacle was installed, apparently, after 24 years, they had switched which wire went where. Go figure! Steve was extremely friendly, professional, and very informative! I would recommend this company and Steve 💯! Great experience, and I'm glad to know that if I have future problems with my electrical system, I have a local company i can trust to get the job done efficiently and professionally!

THE BEST!! When Tyler came to give us an estimate to add lights to our very dark house, we also discussed other items. He pointed out that our panel was originial to 1985.
