Stephanie has been my counselor since day one. Not only has she been professional and ethical, but I also feel like I have a friend in her. I needed the exact kind of person she is from the moment I walked through that door and signed up. The nursing staff and front desk girls have been amazing since day one as well! I feel heard, understood and not judged. The quick replies and guidance are what has brought me this far in life. I have not used since the day I stepped foot into RTB and that is because of my will and the staff here. Thank you so much Stephanie W. And the rest of the staff ☺️

I started at raise the bottom about a month ago & I'm super lucky I had Amanda doing my intake. She made sure I did not feel one bit uncomfortable from the moment I walked through the door that morning. The way we connected was perfect, she made it so easy for me to come forward and be honest about my addiction, and that is never easy! Also my counselor Stephanie is amazing! I can open up to her and talk to her about anything and she always knows what to say. When i came in 2 different times for my assesment with Stephanie & Orientation with Amanda, they both offered me coffee before the appointments and let me make myself some! Just always so welcoming and i love that because as an addict going into places like that its hard because we're basically going in asking for help and thats never easy for someone going through an addiction. Dosing nurses! Those ladies do a great job. The hardest thing is getting stable on a dose while detoxing off a drug like fentynal. The way they care and walk you thru what to do while going through the symptoms is so touching. Ive never felt anyone care that much that i was in pain then my mother. I can say that if it wasn't for the staff at raise the bottom. I would not be off fentynal, and I wouldn't be wanting to go in everyday and dose..But I do because of them, because they made it to where I was comfortable to go in. Comfortable to be honest and open with them. Thank you all. ❤️ Everything I said was pure honesty & from the heart. You all are amazing & keep doing what your doing. Because you guys are saving so many lives & it sucks how it is unnoticed by many! I appreciate everything 🙏

Started with the relapse prevention group. Hearing practical tools from people in the same boat made a big difference. The life-skills sessions (things like communication and job-search basics) were actually pretty useful.

They are amazing here!! I feel unjudged from the moment I walked in and they are so nice!! They helped me in so many ways too many to say here including saving my life!! I died 2 times on fentanyl and by the grace of God I'm still alive and this program and these ladies have helped me so much!! I want to say a special thanks to the front desk ladies Amanda, Katherine, and Olivea!! Thanks ladies

I came in for alcohol use. Monthly Vivitrol plus regular check-ins gave me breathing room to work on triggers in therapy. They were clear about detox timing and what to expect, which helped.

Raise the bottom is a knowledgeable and caring facility. the people are nice and good at what they do. i see nothing but a positive future with them involved!

RTB has found an absolute ROCKSTAR in billing specialist JENNA LANE. She shreds through invoices and insurance gobbledygook with grace, and translates it into language clients can understand. She saves me time, money, and reduces the aggravation of dealing with insurance companies. Jenna also does a fantastic job touching base with her clients, setting expectations, timelines, and executing on deliverables. RTB and its customers are lucky to have such a sublime person on their team. I am thrilled with work she has done on my behalf, and find it re-assuring to have such an intelligent, and savvy professional on the ready. In short. Jenna Lane is the GREATEST Billing Specialist the WORLD has ever seen!!!! :-)

Raise the bottom is a commendable institution. The staff at the front desk are consistently warm and welcoming. The whole staff show a genuine interest in supporting people in their pursuit of personal growth and development.

Raise the Bottom is an absolute life saver. Quite literally. Their staff are very empathetic and understanding. You feel safe coming to them when you are having a problem. No judgement at all. I would highly recommend to anyone who is considering quitting or even to someone who is contemplating using again. This place is amazing.its all about you and your needs. The staff here are understanding and thoughtful and know where I'm coming from, as they've been there themselves.
