Came in for a MD inspection and failed due to my tinted front windows. On the spot, they worked it out to get the tint removed and I passed. Customer service and added benefit of the two big sweet dogs behind the counter.

Had a state inspection done at Gili's for a newly purchased used car rrom out of state. They made things easy,, explained everything, got an appointment very quickly. Very happy at the appointment too - professional, quick, and friendly (love the dogs that help out in the office). Nice, open, comfortable waiting area. I recommend highly.

I needed to get a Maryland inspection for my new used car. Gili’s did it quickly and thoroughly. In fact, they failed the vehicle the first time around due to excessive tinting on the rear window. But they recommended a shop nearby where I could get the tinting removed. I did so and returned to Gili’s that same day, and they quickly changed the fail to a pass. Rapid, friendly, and competent service. I recommend the shop.

Gili's Automotive is trustworthy and convenient. Drop box was helpful to coordinate drop off & pick up with my wife as we both have busy schedules. Technician are experienced and detailed. Mike at front desk was super patient with my questions and turnaround was quick. Its also a great place for inspection if you want something fast.
