The office is nice and clean, decorations are beautiful. The staff has great communication, from setting the appointment to walking in and being serviced. I was greeted by Liz and Lisa at the front desk they had me fill out my pain levels on a tablet then was taking into a room. Dr. Zarana’s personality lights up the room she examined me then she had one of the massage therapist (Heaven & Albert) set me up with heat and electrical stimulation. The staff was great. Lisa greets everyone as if you are close friends. She is professional and always very helpful. PA Jaynelle was great. She explained all of the available treatments, the potential time spans and prices with me up front. There were no surprises. I was unable to walk down stairs, without the use of handrails prior to my injections. I was frequently in pain. Standing for extended periods of time were also painful. After a few sessions, now I have zero pain and I can traverse stairs pain free. I am looking forward to running again in the near future. Dr Z is the best! I have been coming to her for years and my body is so much better for it. When I initially met with her and spoke to her about the crippling pain that I was having in my back and that was radiating down my arms, she instantly knew that I most likely had a bulging disc (a results of playing contact sports in my youth and hurling my body at the world with reckless abandon, I imagine.) An MRI confirmed it and her team went to work getting all of the knots and twists out of my muscles. It took about 6 months, but she assured me all the way that she was going to get me to a place where I wasn't living with pain all the time. I trusted her and, sure enough, we got there. She even found some other areas of pain on my body that I had blocked out (because apparently it's easier for me to pretend like I'm not in pain than it is to deal with it) and now my body feels pretty great most of the time. These days I just go for maintenance to make sure my body doesn't revert to the unbearable state it was in before. Thank you so much, Michelle, I appreciate you more than you know :)

Such a good experience here I've been to other chiropractor offices but I've never had treatment like they do here, I went in with lower back pain and was seen very quickly by the Dr after a few questions she immediately got to work targeting the area that was hurting, she proceeded to call in a massage therapist wich was great she worked my lower back and also used some pads to help stimulate my back muscles. They really took the time to help me with my pain and ended the appointment with a whole body adjustment. I woke up feeling great the next day. I would definitely recommend this place.

Great life Medical has a caring staff. Dr. Zarzana is very thorough. She's very concerned about my pain, and went to great lengths to see I am taken care of! They spend a very good amount of time on me, the massage, laser, ems, and adjustment. This is not a typical "in and out" chiropractic environment! I have been coming here since I hurt my neck and was in excruciating pain from a weightlifting incident. Dr. Z and her staff helped me though a very painful time and for that I am forever grateful. UPDATE: 5 stars hands down! I was originally referred to Dr. Z by my roommate (also a regular) for a torn Meniscus & ACL but I’ve stayed because it’s been completely life changing. Literally. I have both Lupus and Arthritis, both of which cause severe chronic pain and inflammation in every joint throughout my body. It’s been about 6 months, and up until recently I was going twice a week but, now just once a week. Since coming to Dr. Z my overall inflammation has become more manageable, and my daily baseline pain level has gone from about a 7 to a 5. Which might not sound good or like much to you, but to anyone who suffers from chronic pain IT IS! Not only is the entire team fantastic and create such a welcoming and relaxing environment, but Dr. Z is probably one of best doctors I’ve ever gone to. She takes the time with each of her patients, she listens to you, and she breaks things down and explains things so you actually understand what’s going on in your own body! Not just a Chiropractor. I went there when I had a sore lower back amongst a bunch of other aces and pains. Other places would crack my back and send me off. DR. Z and her staff took the time to listen to me about my pain. They used heating pads, electrodes, laser and massage to work out my pain. This practice is something special! Come here if you want immediate pain relief and long term healing. The staff sets you up with comforting heat for a bit and you relax until a massage therapist comes and works on the muscles surrounding what ails you. After you are good and lose, Dr. Zarzana will adjust you and check your progress. Dr. Zarzana had helped me heal various sports injuries and areas of discomfort left over from years of not taking care of myself. She is a gifted diagnostician too, which I find special and rare.

Excellent and expert service and care. I had painful nerve agitation radiating down my arm. Dr. Zarzana arranged the referral and coverage for the MRI with blinding speed, the next day I got the MRI and that evening I was back in her office getting treated and setting up a treatment plan for my condition. Dr Zarzana has truly changed my quality of life. I had chronic pain on several parts of my body due to a 40 mile walk I did for a charity event (which is where I met her). After visiting my previous chiropractor for a year without getting better, I searched and searched until I found Dr Zarzana. She was able to actually CURE me within a few short months. She truly gives you comprehensive therapy that actually works. I continue to see her to help me with my neck and back pain due to working at a desk all day. Some of the therapy I’ve received is: heat, electric (not sure what it’s called but those little attachments that pulse at the strength you want), massage, adjustments, laser, cupping, and my new favorite jaw massage (hurts so good!). What I love the most about coming to Dr Zarzana is that she not only listens to you, she explains everything in a way it’s easy to understand, and she remembers everything you tell her so she always know how to best treat your needs each time you come back. I needed an urgent new patient visit due to low back pain. I was accommodated the very morning I called. I was seen in a timely manner and was well cared for with compassionate kindness by Dr. Z and all staff that work with her. All the staff are so kind, and are on top of providing great patient/client care. I’ve never been to a chiro before, so I was apprehensive. But it was about time I went. And I am so glad i was referred here. I can feel the difference. I can see the difference. I’ve been recommending Zarzana to everyone this last week. I always feel so much better after I leave. Also for the covid disclaimer. Everyone is masked AND they have face shields. Temps are taken at the beginning of every appointment. And you wait in your vehicle until they say it’s ok to come in. They use a text system, which is super helpful. Nobody is waiting around in the lobby.

Had a great experience from the minute I walked in the office , till the door shutting behind me .. Office staff were great and listened to all of my needs .. Dr. Zarzana was Outstanding. Can’t wait for my next appointment.

Everyone at this office is kind and considerate. From Nicole answering the phone and getting you settled in, to Raven working on loosening and relaxing your muscles. Dr. Zarzana is one of the most caring and understanding doctors I have been too. She cares so much about her patients and it shows. I have a few autoimmune issues and last week had a flare up. I tired to set up an appointment with an optometrist or Kaiser but both were so expensive and couldn’t fit me in. Plus, only wanted to prescribe medication. After Dr. Zarzana took time to see me I woke up the next day with almost all my swelling down and a lot of pain relief. They are my go to. :)

Dr. Zarzana is amazing! She has been working on my Morton's neuroma on my foot and it feels better than it has in years!

Staff is very welcoming and make sure you're comfortable as soon as you walk through the door. Dr. Zarzana is very thorough when it comes to identifying what and where the problem is and what should be done to take care of it. Would have to get up and stretch after lying down for a few hours and after a couple visits the pain in my back is gone. Highly recommend for anyone with back or joint pain or if you need a chiropractor who will take it up a notch.

I always visit “Dr. Z when I am in town! She is my favorite chiropractor, very personable, gentle and provides other treatments as well like; heat, blue and red laser, cupping, massage and more!

Dr. Zarzana and her trained staffed are very reliable in taking care of my chiropractic and pain needs. Dr. Zarzana recently fixed a neck and shoulder problem a day before vacation. What a relief!!

Dr Zarzana and her staff are amazing. Everytime I go in for treatment I feel like I'm treated like a VIP because that's how Dr Z treats all of her patients. Recently I went in for a back injury and for re-occurring neck pain. I don't know what I would do without Zarzana Chiropractic.
