12/23 2nd update- Brian Edelman came 2 days in a row, ran tests and found and fixed the problem of very little hot water. He was very thorough. I am very appreciative to Horizon for the way they handled the situation. I will still use Horizon again. 12/22 Update, the new water heater did not fix my problem of very little hot water. 12/21 This is Kim. Andrii Daniuk was fantastic. He was very professional, courteous, and he did a great job of giving us an estimate and replacing the water heater. We will use Horizon Services again.

I had a problem with my heating system today. I was able to get an emergency appointment and Anthony came this afternoon. He was really wonderful. Needless to say my heat is back on.

Shane was great! Very direct and honest about my plumbing situation I am facing in my mid-70’s aged home. Great work. Extremely knowledgable. Our technician Kelvis Deaza was phenomenal! He was prompt, professional, intelligent and clear. He quickly and accurately diagnosed our problem and quoted a resolution. When the original fix revealed a hidden, more complex issue, Kelvin analyzed and made the necessary repairs. And all this was done less than 12 hours after we sprung a leak.
