My brother's a/c broke on the hottest day of the year and I was very worried about him! He is a cancer patient and I thought it would take a day or two to get it fixed. An absolute gentleman named Shaun came to the house after just a few hours. Shaun fixed the unit quickly and professionally and we are both very grateful! Thanks again Shaun!

Edward with Horizon Services did an amazing job fixing our plumbing issue. It wasn't as simple a task as I'd hoped, but our Eddy went back and forth quite a few times trying to fix and fine the issue with our pipes. Edward was very friendy and respectful of the property. Will definitely use Horizon again!

They responded with same day service for an AC emergency. The technician was able to diagnose in the first 30 minutes. All for a very affordable call rate. I’ll be using them again for any HVAC service calls I have.

Horizon has always been responsive to my needs. I get an annual maintenance contract every year. Service Techs are great and my most recent experience with Shawn was no exception. Newton Pena was my plumber today and he was wonderful. Came out on a holiday and replaced my leaking garbage disposal as he was doing so he was instructing me on the best way to use this garbage disposal since it’s certainly a new version. He was informative, pleasant and knowledgeable.

We Unfortunately now have to get a new Ac system but the tech ,Dan, was very professional and informative and very respectful. I'd give him a 10.
