The person that cleaned our sofa and chairs was hard working and very polite. The cleaning was great although even though they charged for softening the furniture, it still appears hard. The problem was they give you a quote and then they upscale you with the deodorize, softener, scotch guard upgrades. 3 pieces 1 l shaped sofa, 2 chairs and 2 ottomans ran about 900 dollars just to give you an idea of cost. Just an FYI.

I was able to get an appointment the next day to have my sofa and two chairs cleaned. My technician arrived early (they called to check first, which was great for me!), was very polite and cleaned up perfectly after. My furniture looks and smells so good! Both my chairs had bad pet waste/vomit stains and they are virtually GONE. It took just over an hour, and I could sit on my chairs by the evening. My condo still smells good! I called them after my dog decided my couch was his personal restroom, and honestly, I was preparing to say goodbye to that piece of furniture. There was an incident at our place while we were out of town and Rhino Service Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning really saved the day. They made it so easy to schedule a technician at the last minute and their excellent communication ensured everything was seamless. The technician was upfront there was one area on the carpet where a stain may still be visible. He worked on it several times and managed to remove it after all. I was so relieved Rhino was able to help us in an emergency and now plan to use them for our general carpet and upholstery cleaning too.

The gentleman that arrived was very polite and professional, respectful of our home space, asking us if he could use nearby electrical outlets and water to assist in the cleaning. He also thoroughly cleaned the few drops of water on the floors after the service was finished and provided information with payments and the best way to allow for drying. The weeks old urine stain on the mattress and carpet are completely gone along with the lingering smell despite previously cleaning often. I don’t normally leave reviews but I really wanted to share that Rhino is a great family owned company in a world where most large corporations screw us over with awful service. I recently adopted a dog who decided to lift his leg on my couch lol. Stanley steamer and the rest of the major cleaning companies were charging exorbitant prices that were just “quotes” with hidden fees upon completion of the job. I’ve used them before and wanted to find something better. Rhino sent out Max and Victoria to my house. They were in and out in under an hour and could not have been more friendly. They also cleaned, deodorized and vacuumed my Arhaus sectional better than other companies did. I highly recommend this local business. Great people

I called at 10a.m. in the morning with somewhat of an emergency - I'd spilled coffee on a very light colored armchair. They could be here by 12:30 that same day! When the technician was going to be about 20 minutes late due to traffic, I received both a text and a phone call to alert me. Technician was very polite and got right to work on both the coffee stained chair and a second arm chair needing cleaned. Both look very good now! I highly recommend Rhino! Just to clarify, they have a $150 minimum charge and that covered both chairs.

My husband and I both say it’s the best money we’ve ever spent. Their services are affordable, and the quality is truly top tier. I’ve been amazed by how they removed stains I thought were permanent - from our couch, mattresses, and carpet. They are also so kind, patient, and professional. After five year of storing my furniture and than placing it in an out door stroage which I wont do again. These cleaners came and did a great job. My husband and I live with two dogs, so this sofa has seen a lot. The sofa is a 4 seater, and it was not only dirty but had stains on each seat. The technician was very diligent and took his time. He removed all the stains and brought the couch back to its original state- it looks like new. Very professional service, and I'm very satisfied with the technician I was sent and with the results. Highly recommend!

Great service! Fast and efficient for the service, and I was able to make an appointment easily and for the next day. You can’t see any of the stains on our couch and it smells super fresh. They even offered us additional services based on what we were getting the cleaning for (our dog). Would definitely use them again!

Very pleased with the work

My shag rug was looking much worse for wear after a couple years not getting it cleaned. I wish I had better “before” pictures so you can see the difference, but the after is gorgeous! Rhino was so fast and easy with pickup and delivery, and I’ll definitely be going to them with more rug cleaning in the future. I was also really happy with the price I paid for such a large rug and now I know who to go to to keep it clean for better longevity. Please see second photo for two four-footed customers who are thrilled to have their favorite fluffy rug back in place!
