Timberline Patio Covers did an excellent job with our patio cover / covered deck project. The quality of work is very good. From the first design meeting, to preconstruction, to each step of construction things moved on schedule and with our work site being left clean every day. Great communications daily through buildetrend app and our project manager was prompt in answering questions or issues we had. I can't recommend them enough. All facets of the job were done well and professionally. They worked with an existing deck and concrete paver patio and retaining wall, and it all looks like one design. From the construction crew to electricians and painter everyone observed Covid-19 protocols, and our family felt safe including when they needed access inside our house for electrical work. We love the final product! Also tip of future customers...we opted for the electric heaters and they are absolutely fantastic here in the NW...definitely worth the added cost.

I found Master Decks very professional and accommodating for the entire deck (2) and porch demolition and rebuild listening to all my wants and needs. They listened and accomodated me with every decision that needed to be made with the results being a fabulous modern looking deck. I would highly recommend them for any project you may have.

I want to start out saying, this is not a paid review. I rarely take the time to leave reviews since there are so many fake ones out there, but Timberline deserves this review because they were beyond stellar. From the start of the project, the team was incredibly punctual, professional, and courteous. They constantly took extra time to ensure that our property was protected and that our new deck (which they were installing a patio cover over) would not be damaged. The PM (Brett) was fantastic at communicating things through the entire process. He consistently checked in through the entire build, and was on site several times for quality assurance. The two guys who actually did the work (Mario and Kyle) were incredible, and i don't say that lightly. Both of them constantly took the extra time to ensure that everything was absolutely perfect. At one point I was talking with them about their work ethic and how much I appreciated what they were doing, and they both said that every time they build one of these, they try to make it better than the last time. There were several times they would do something, then take a step back and look at it, then go back and make a small change, and do it again until they felt that it was perfect. That is the type of group I want working on my home. They also have their own electricians (Rock Electric) and painters that they work with consistently, so the hand-offs as the project progressed were completely seamless. We have seen a project like this with several people in our community, take months and drag on forever because of delays, botched hand-offs, scheduling mistakes, etc. Our schedule was given to us up front and they hit (or exceeded) every single date and completed exactly when they said they would. Let me tell you, that alone is worth using Timberline.... Their app (BuilderTrend) was updated daily with progress, notes, pictures and any comments they had from the day. Every day they cleaned up their equipment and left the job site in a great state. We cannot recommend Timberline more. We have already shared their information with the entire Snoqualmie community through social media, so get going on booking these guys because otherwise you just might miss out on the absolute best there is.

We had our front entry portico and railings completely redone by Timberline to give it a more symmetrical and substantial look. The contract and design process required a lot of back and forth, but once we settled on that, everything was great. David & Cole did an amazing job and were prompt, professional, orderly, friendly, communicated well and did outstanding work. One little hiccup was taken care of immediately by Kyle when I raised the issue. We're very happy with the process and our completed product.

The Master Decks team did a wonderful job on my front deck! Everyone I interacted with was very knowledgeable and professional. It was easy to communicate with them and they were very responsive to all my questions/comments (the daily logs and pictures were great!). They constructed the deck well, doing all the extra things needed to make the deck last, like placing gtape on top of the wood support beams, adding extra screws in critical areas, etc. I would highly recommend this company to others!

We had our backyard patio completed 12/1/23 and the outcome was amazing! We were happy to have worked with the great team that we connected with. Especial mention to Cary (sales) and down to the Managers : Mario & Ryan. The carpenter team were also top notch: Jack, Jeremiah,Tyson and Greg. Couldn't ask for more as their service was over the top, would recommend it to anyone.

After meeting with Struxure and another contractor we came across Timberline online. We are so grateful for all their work and willingness to come to Olympia which is normally outside their vicinity. Previous home projects have always been so stressful so we were reluctant to take on our biggest project yet given pandemic-related delays and costs. Interestingly enough the cost to build with Timberline is actually cheaper than what it would have been with Struxure AND we have more of a guarantee against roof leaks. From our initial zoom meeting with Robert the sales manager to the final inspection the process has been almost too good to be true. We love the Buildertrend app because every single correspondence is documented in addition to everything else related to the project including invoices and a calendar schedule. They are an extremely organized and professional company who value customer service. They promptly respond to all phone calls/emails. Special shout-out to Shaun and Eli for building us a patio cover more beautiful than we could have imagined during the hottest part of the summer! Also Seth and Don from Rock Electric installed our ceiling fan, infrared heaters, and all lighting and did a nice job despite some delays. In addition Brett and Tony have been generous with their time providing info on where to obtain privacy/weather screens (this was after final inspection). The only thing the company did not manage was painting the patio cover (required or warranty is voided) because we are outside of their vicinity (but they did provide one recommendation). We give the highest recommendation to Timberline because they deserve it.

Timberline did a great job adding a Patio Cover to our home. From our first preconstruction meeting they instilled confidence that it would be done right, and they did. Ryan the lead contractor built our addition with the same attention to detail and craftmanship that he would have used in building one at his own home, including doing items that weren't in the spec, but were needed to do the job perfectly. Brett Kunnari, the Project Manager was outstanding in keeping the project on schedule and keeping us informed. He also went above and beyond to ensure our project was done right, on time and on budget. In my world, that is the highest recommendation I can offer.

Timberline Patio Covers is an exceptional Company! They were very professional with exceptional craftsmanship, and the quality of work they produced are as advertised. We've dealt with so many contractors in the past who failed to deliver per contract or as promised, or that the end product was poorly produced or that it would quickly fall apart. This made us very cautious in dealing with any contractors for our project needs. However, Timberline Patio Covers was an exception, and they definitely have met and exceeded our expectations. From the sales team (Tim), who made great down to earth impression and persuaded us to give them a chance, to permitting, engineering, and electrical departments, through their due diligent, all were an integral part in the successful execution of the project from beginning to the end. Brett was an excellent project manager who listened to what we wanted and how we envisioned our patio deck to be and didn't hesitate to deliver it to our satisfaction. His crews, Mario & Kyle had great attention to details, and built precisely to the engineering blueprints. They were very informative, kind, and respectful. They always asked for our inputs before proceeding in each phase of the project. The project was built and delivered as scheduled. We enjoyed watching our deck being build from the ground up and were involved in all aspects of the project cycle. Mario & Kyle were very considerate of our property and would cleaned up daily to ensure our land was well kept. We trust and highly recommend this company, especially, Brett and his team Mario & Kyle to do any project! They truly represented the face of their company very well and deserved more credits as valuable employees are hard to find. Like the saying goes, "You get what you pay for", as this is most certainly true with this Company, every dollar was very well spent! We definitely willing to spend more for the best! I can't recommend Timberline enough. From the start of the Sales process with Tim through project completion with Brett, Mario, and Kyle, they have been stellar to work with. We really appreciated how up front they were about timelines and scheduling, how responsive they were to questions or minor issues that we ran into (e.g. wrong materials delivered), and overall how friendly and respectful they were. They also do amazing high-quality work and are extremely detail-oriented, pointing out things that they said they needed to touch up that we wouldn't have noticed. We love our new covered patio and have spent so much more time outside since it's been completed!

The team at Timberline Patio Covers and Rock Electric helped to transform our backyard patio into a beautiful outdoor entertainment and living space. It started with a very thorough review of our architectural plans with the sales engineer (Skylar Owen) who guided us on the various aspects of their construction process. This included looking at other client projects which convinced me the company was qualified and competent. Once engaged, their professionalism really kicked into gear! Starting with the consistent communications I received on our project from Jesica (Jet) Garcia (Customer Care Manager) to the onsite project manager (Kyle Bannister). Their onsite foreman (Lucas Cook) took tremendous interest in every aspect of the construction process. Lucas’s enthusiasm for making our pavilion come to life was real and very much appreciated! On the Rock Electric side, their team came through by really listening to what we wanted to accomplish, both functionally and esthetically. Aaron Motter (Lead Journeyman) went out of his way to help review and implement a custom electrical and lighting program for our project. Brad Wood and Chris Hale (On site Foreman) executed the electrical plan with top notch professionalism. The end result is a beautiful and comfortable outdoor pavilion we look forward to entertaining our friends and family for many years to come!

We highly recommend Timberline Patio Covers (TPC). They are a quality company with high standards and dedicated employees. Kyle B. was the field quality manager. He was great to work with and very knowledgeable with an eye for detail. Kyle checked on progress weekly and did the final walkthrough. Jack and Jeremiah did the actual construction of the project. They were professional, respectful, punctual, and had an exceptional work ethic. We also appreciated how clean they left the work site at the end each day. This was made possible with regular material pickups by Alfonso. The Rock electrical team of Jeff, Teagan, Chris H., and Chris K. was conscientious and professional. The heaters and lighting wouldn’t have worked without their focus. Regular project communications were greatly appreciated and provided by Jet G. Overall working with the TPC team was a great experience from start to finish.

We recently had an outdoor kitchen built by People Come First Builders (PCF)/Timberline, and the experience was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. This is a company we highly recommend. Pat, our designer, did an incredible job bringing our vision to life. We wanted to create a space for our family of four to build memories for years to come and he nailed it. Mario, the project manager, kept everything running smoothly and made sure we were informed every step of the way. He was fantastic at pointing out potential issues and immediately having solutions. An example would be a 600 lbs. pizza oven, and he was creative in building a spot to support the oven while ensuring the venting would be up to code. Mario was the driving force behind this project, and I encourage everyone to listen to his ideas and suggestions! A huge shoutout to the installation team: Jack, Jake, Dom, and David. They showed up every day and were professional and their attention to detail was top notch. It was very nice knowing we as the customer never had to double-check their work. Their craftsmanship really shows in the final result, and we couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. PCF/Timberline nailed this project, and we couldn't ask for a better product. If you're considering an outdoor project, we strongly recommend People Come First Builders. They truly live up to their name!

Our experience working with Timberline Patio Covers was TOP-NOTCH from start to finish and we would 100% recommend them! We've been planning for this covered space for quite a long time and choosing the right builder was so very important. I know there are many people behind the scenes keeping things running, but I want to give a shout out to Mario, who managed our project. He's no-nonsense, easy to communicate with, and we had TOTAL confidence in him running our project. When it comes down to the actual build and having crew on your property day after day, there's no one we would want other than Jack and Jeremiah! Both of them are friendly and respectful, incredibly hard workers, talented at what they do, and just a pleasure to work with. They were always here when they said they would be and were very gracious with me and all of my questions. :) The whole process was fascinating and I enjoyed knowing what they were doing and watching it come together- and they were so kind to share with me. If you choose Timberline for your project, I hope you're lucky enough to work with them! Lastly, I want to mention Timberline's use of their on-line portal for project communication. At first I thought it was going to be cumbersome, but it was brilliant. We've worked with OTHER contractors who either don't communicate or don't follow through and that makes it incredibly difficult to follow along with your project or even get responses on queries. With Timberline's portal, every question was answered, every day's accomplishments were noted, and the timeline was clear- and because of that, we never felt out-of-the-loop. Thanks for building us this incredible new space, Timberline, and for doing it with class!

We hired MasterDecks LLC to design and build a custom deck for our house and pool / swim spa. The team did a fantastic job of project management, keeping on top of things, communication and transparency during the whole project.Everyone we worked with was 120% professional, empathetic and worked until that part of the job was done. We were additionally impressed about how they implemented BuilderTrend and had daily log entries with photos and design changes put in place there.There were several people we worked with really closely who made the experience over the top such: *****, ******, ****, ***** and a lot of others - a sincere "thank you" to everyone. They really listened to how we wanted the deck and kitchen designed and accommodated all the changes we wanted.It's safe to say we found the best company we could have to make our deck a reality.

We needed our old wood front deck replaced. We chose Masterdeck and it was a great experience. Quality build completed on schedule. The deck and railing are really absolutely AWESOME!!! The colors and material are great! **** was our over-all coordinator and great at keeping us informed on our project, including scheduling, invoices and required changes. He was always our first point of contact for questions and very quick to respond. He was a really helpful person to work with.***** was our field manager. He handled pre- and post-construction walk-throughs, including working with us on installation details and where all the materials would be staged. He was very clear on directions for us and for the deck builder. He was fabulous! ***** constructed our deck and stair railing. Because this was a small project, Masterdeck used a trusted partner, who was ***** for our project. We were so lucky! Hes truly a master craftsman. His attention to detail and construction was fabulous! So many finishing touches that really make this deck perfect (example: finished corners so there no deck ends showing). Never any chaos, no rework and he answered all our questions. We really appreciated him and his skills so much. Having ***** do the work gave us confidence that we now have a high quality and beautiful deck that we can enjoy for years. He made this whole experience for us far less stressful. It was such a great experience watching this deck be created. He was truly a gem!!!

Hi I am Kenneth Hanbaum and would like to take some time to talk about my 400 SF outdoor living space After choosing Timberline construction, because of the care and professionalism shown by Jeff Snider we did a walk through with Brett Kunnari the construction foreman, who explained the process in detail with us and also identified things they we can add to the existing contract, his knowledge and professionalism were in my opinion outstanding. Next we meet Mario Poposki and Kyle Woodward I was very impressed with their professionalism. I really need to explain how comforting it is to know that I was in the hands of these two pros, i feel that me and my Wife Vicki we given the A team for my project. Through every step of this project the we’re so very hard working, when I would go out and ask any question that I had, the answered it in a way that you just new they new exactly what they were doing every step of the way. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate their workmanship, attention to detail, quality and knowledge they are in my opinion the best. The structure will finish in a couple of days, then after the pavers are installed, they will work on the outdoor kitchen and Fireplace. Just to sum it all up What a great experience I am having and am so glad we picked Timberline construction to build a outdoor living space that I will be using the rest of our lives. Special thanks to Mario and Kyle you guys are the best.

The Timberline team were by far the easiest and most professional contractor I’ve ever worked with. Took 3 months to complete my build including and outdoor stone fireplace, kitchen and ceiling heaters. Their subs are all first class (masons, electricians and gas). Countless times they asked how do you want this?….it’s your home we want you to love it! Highly recommended to anyone looking for an outdoor structure

We had an excellent experience working with Timberline Patio Covers to build a 900sqft, partially covered deck, and we could not be happier. Every detail was attended to. Everyone was professional. The communication was timely and informative. I would absolutely recommend. Would particularly like to mention the project managers Ryan and Mario who made everything run smoothly. The carpentry team (including Jack, Jeremiah, Tyson, Heath and Greg) spent long days on site and their work is incredible.
