My in-laws had Marek come out to check out the Hot water tank as they were worried because of its age. When Marek arrived he happily jumped in and helped them with every concern they had. He walked them through every step of the way, every concern they had he helped with, and was very helpful and attentive. They were so pleased with his work and his help. They are having Graham/Brayden come and do the install and we know the service will be just as good! One thing we really appreciated with this company is that they send out a picture of who is arriving via text. This was reasuring for my in-laws as it helps them know who is going to be helping them out before they even get here, it adds a nice personal touch.

My wife and I could not be any happier with the service and installation of our new furnace. This company has customer service better than anything I have experienced before with any other companies. Dez was the salesman who explained what was involved. Office staff Chantelle and Brittany kept us informed by phone and text, advising what was happening through the whole process. Graham and Marek began the service of our gas appliances. They showed us a major safety issue with our furnace. Brayden and Shahin were able to replace our furnace the very next day.
