These people are beyond fantastic. I had several chats with a tech and they were very helpful and patient with me. Emails sent to the home office were always returned promptly. The tech I chatted with determined that there might be a problem with the programming. They had me return the chip and almost immediately sent out a new one. I believe in great customer service and when I find a company that excels it is a a very comforting feeling. I highly recommend them and their product.

Well, I'm skeptical about stuff like this because I'm not a mechanic and I don't understand the concept. I doubt if I'm by myself here. I WAS also angry, because a week after I bought it, it went on sale. Lol. Just my luck. My 2014 Audi had a lot of throttle lag and was lacking in power. This is the second identical Audi I've owned. The first one didn't have these problems. I'm really not worried about fuel mileage because I run 93 octane and I've always got good mileage with that. My wife drove it and asked why she had to push the gas pedal so far down to get a response. I'm the type of person that does research on what I'm buying, because I don't like paying a fortune for something and I don't like to buy something cheap. So, I go in the middle. I decided on trying Chip Your Car Performance Chip. If it didn't work, I could send it back, so how could I go wrong? But, I've got to be honest here. Why do I have to drive 150 miles for a chip and my computer to get to know each other before they "get married"? Remember, I'm not a mechanic! I'm also glad I bought the splitter because the chip wouldn't fit in my obd2 port. I drove the car for about 50 miles and thought I might have seen a little difference in the throttle lag. A couple days later, I went on a 125 mile round trip. On the way back I thought I was driving a race car! No more throttle lag and way more power!! When I got back home, my wife was going to the grocery store and I asked her to take the Audi. When she got home, she asked me what I did to my car! She said there was no more throttle lag and it felt like a rocket! WIFE APPROVED!!! What can I say, I'm a believer! I don't understand it, but I know it does work! Now, you can read reviews bad mouthing Chip Your Car Performance Chips, and maybe they had a bad experience with the chip, I don't know. What I do know is, it worked for me and my car. I am more than pleased with the product! And remember, its WIFE APPROVED! I just wished I'd waited another week before ordering it, so I could have got it on sale!!! Lol! Now I can spend a little money tricking the body out! And remember this, if you're not satisfied with it, send it back! Michael Crane

I have the pedals command in my 2016 Jeep grand cherokee Hemi. And it works great. Then install the new Universal Chip and wow. They work great together!! 👍 I tune down the pedal going Sports 2 from 4 and turn off sports from my Jeep. The wheel chrip 1 2 shift!! 🤯.. I really enjoy driving my Jeep. I am retired at 66 and look for excuses to go out and drive! 😂😂 Yes the chip works for me!! 😄

Put the chip in my 5.7 hemi Ram 1500. Definitely has more power and faster throttle response and the fuel mileage is improving. From one veteran to another thank you you’ve got a good product a great product.

I almost didn’t believe that this chip would produce 45-65 extra horsepower. But I went ahead and purchased it anyway. Boy, I’m happy I did. Installation was super easy. Now, when accelerating, you can actually feel the extra grunt! The transmission kick-downs are more aggressive. I believe Chip Your Car has delivered everything they promised. I highly recommend this product!

I bought 2 of these, one for my 2022 Hellcat Redeye and my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee with a Hemi. The difference in my Jeep performance was almost instant as I drove it. It gave my Jeep and very nice performance boost that I was very happy for. Now, my Challenger, it took a couple of drives but holy hell did it kick in and made a daylight and dark difference! It is incredible and that car actually scares me a little right now. LOL It changed the shift pattern and it hits the gears hard now when it is matted. ANd the throttle is SO responsive it is incredible! Do not hesitate to buy this for your vehicle.

I just installed it today and already see 3MPH increase and had need to rapid accelerate and DAMN what a power increase ! I almost lost it due to slipping rear tires. I’m impressed !

I bought the premium chip for my 2016 Jaguar f-type and what a difference it made. I even had to get wider rear tires to handle the traction for the added horsepower. I have recommended it to numerous friends who all love it....the Chip is Legit!

I've used several OBDII chips before on different cars and trucks (some modified), but I never got a significant low-end power increase like I have on my 2019 Nissan Frontier like I ever experienced. The 4.0L screamed when I would be at WOT! I disconnected the throttle controller I was using because I couldn't control the instant response, they produced with each other! My buddies thought I swapped the V-6 for a V-8!
