Our heartfelt thanks to Tony, Louise, Gemma, and Robert for their consideration, kindness, and compassion towards Louis and us. We had to make the hardest decision we ever had to take on 23rd March 2026. Our dearest boy Louis was unwell a month ago. We needed a home visit from a vet as Louis gets very stressed with pet carriers and travelling. We contacted Tony’s Mobile Vets and Tony came to our rescue. Tony was excellent, very caring, and kind. Louis was getting the treatment, but over time, very sadly, Louis’s health deteriorated. Louis was very poorly and Tony came on 23rd March to see him. After examining Louis, Tony explained the prognosis and at that point, we understood the seriousness. Tony explained the procedures and gave us the ultimate precious time with our beloved boy. His passing at home was dignified and very peaceful. Our loss is irreplaceable, very painful and our hearts are broken. Very glad we contacted Tony’s and gave Louis the best care without stressing him. Praying for those who have to make the hardest decision about their beloved companions. Thank you Tony, Gemma, Louise and Robert.

Gabby was amazing - our puppy was not well and she got to us within 30 minutes and was super kind and compassionate. Best vets experience I’ve had. I completely recommend this vet’s service and we will keep them on speed dial.

My Riley was 15 year old I thought I could spend more time with him. However they’re always a start to a story and ending a story . I called Tony Moblie vets and explained the situation. Tony was really nice and gave me the time and space to the last moments with my best friend . I will recommend anyone to use these guys brilliant . Just want to say a massive thank you to Mollie who came out to see our cat Salem,. Mollie detected a heart mumour and advised that he be checked with a cardiac scan, Salem had the scan and has heart failure but is being treated. If Mollie hadn't listened for it then Salem probably would not be here now. Highly recommended

I just wanted to say how grateful we were for Gabby's care and support the day before christmas eve. It had been a terrible time coming to the decision that our beautiful british blue cat smudge was suffering and so it was time to let him go. We recently had to make the heartbreaking decision to say goodbye to our 17-year-old cat, Peppers, who we’d loved since he was 12wks. It was incredibly difficult, but we knew euthanasia would be the kindest choice for him. When we first called, we spoke to Louise, a warm and caring lady who understood how emotional the situation was. She talked us through the process and our options with such sensitivity. Later, we called back to book a home visit. When Robert arrived, he sat with us and took the time to talk through Peppers’ health. He was gentle, compassionate, and genuinely caring — both toward Peppers and toward me. I was very emotional, and his reassurance that this was a final act of kindness brought me real comfort. It truly felt like he was there for both of us. Throughout the process, Robert explained everything clearly so I always knew what would happen next. He made sure I was comfortable at every step, and nothing ever felt rushed. He even asked if I wanted to keep Peppers’ collar and a lock of his fur — something I hadn’t thought about in the moment. That thoughtful gesture meant so much during such a difficult time. Can't recommend them enough, Thank you
