It's been an amazing experience staying at Columbus Residence for two months! Quiet, comfortable living, with an abundance of very well-maintained shared bathrooms and showers. The close proximity to public transit and great food is a cherry on top. Lee is easily the best property manager I've ever seen - his presence, warmth, and energy foster the special sense of community here.

I was super stressed about finding a place for my family and the lord sent us Jonathan Fleming! This man is nothing but professional and compassionate, it took him just 2 days to get us the lease! I have nothing but great things to say about this property and the property manager, Lee! This place is located in the perfect place, right in the middle of little italy, Chinatown and the financial district! It’s perfect for walking commute and has grocery stores and a gym all nearby. The units are perfect for the solo renter and are perfectly spacious enough for general needs and come fully furnished with furniture, a fully dressed bed, TV, and fridge+ freezer unit. Downstairs is a shared kitchen and the bathrooms are cleaned extremely well by the housekeeping staff who do a tremendous job. There are washers and dryers available, a lounge, and a reception on the 2nd floor for packages. The property manager Lee is really fantastic and does a thorough job of ensuring his tenants feel safe and well taken care of. He’s extremely accommodating and goes over and above to help tenants and make them feel welcome along with ensuring all needs are taken care of. His communication is top notch. For the price, this place is amazing and as far as I’m concerned can’t be beat in SF. Utilities and WiFi are included in the 1300$ price and it’s awesome. I recommend anyone to stay here is who is a solo renter. As a female, I’ve felt very safe here and I walk to and from work sometimes at 11:30pm at night and have had no issues. This is seriously a sweet spot.

Structure Properties management took over an apartment building that I’ve been living in for over a year now, and I have to say— this apartment management company is hands down the best I’ve ever dealt with! What really sets them apart is their amazing responsiveness. Any maintenance request I’ve submitted (and there haven’t been many because everything is so well-maintained) gets handled lightning-fast—usually within 24 hours. The staff is friendly, approachable, and always goes the extra mile to make sure residents feel at home. They have great security team that works on site 24/7. The properties themselves are clean, modern, and equipped with great amenities. Rent is fair for the value. If you’re looking for a good management company, this is it. Absolutely amazing—5/5 recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I visited the residence at 112 Columbus Avenue today. Kurt was incredibly kind and welcoming. He took his time showing me all the common areas and the room, and he really made me feel like I was in the right place. That’s not easy to find in San Francisco when you’re new to the city! The room is beautiful, the common areas are very well maintained, and Kurt’s kindness truly made the difference—I decided to book the room. I can’t wait to move in!

In this review I want to start by saying I have yet to live here and this is regarding the lease signing process. Communication was extremely friendly, easy, flexible, and accomodating for what I was looking for. I am moving up to the city for 10 weeks to do an internship and they were able to prorate me a quote for the exact amount of time that I needed. Most of my communication was done through Lee, who was extremely responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable. He called me to show me around the place, even walking down the street to show me the surrounding areas. These steps combined with the overall friendliness and 'bank for your buck' made me settle here. I also want to note that in the past multiple of my friends have lived here and said it was exactly what they were looking for. The value is amazing, the ammenties are up to par, location is great, and staff is friendly are all things that I heard. The fine print of the lease was extremely fair and there wasn't anything that looked 'sketchy' or leaning extremely on the 'landlord protecting side.' On all fronts the property checked the boxes.
